Burning out left and right, in long sections.

I bought these to replace lights on a pre-lit Christmas tree that were burning out. It was a huge pain to take those lights off and put these ones on. They were only used for two Christmases and now they are burning out in huge chunks. Random lights here and there have gone out, too. It looks terrible. They also strobe in a way that is irritating to look at. I was happy to hear that they had a 3 year warranty but after reading about what a pain it is to have it honored, I'm not even going to bot...

Not Outdoor

These may have lasted indoor -- but definitely not outdoor quality. We bought a set for the holiday season and they lasted about a month -- part of the strand began to dim, then 1 by 1 other parts began to go out completely. I priced out a box / return postage ($12) -- it's not worth the price to risk another poor quality batch of lights.

GE 400 count

I bought 10 of these to replace the lights that came on my 12 foot tree. What a great decision it was. The warm lights looked great and you can plug a lot of these together and not worry about blowing fuses. I highly recommend buying these.

Beautiful Lights

I was able to get these after Christmas at a very good sale price. Took them home and tried them out. Every bulb lit and we like the color. Plan on using them to re-lamp an older 12 foot tree.

I like only having one strand

One strand means not having to try to hide all the plug ends. Comes with nice storage box

We came to drywall etc. Everything including mud , tape and screws we're right near each other. In and out in 15 minutes. Bill

Got them for 70% off after Christmas so it was a great deal and they look good.

Lights are good for both Christmas as well as strug out in the back yard for the coming spring and summer months.

Great energy saving Christmas lights

Great quality lights, not the cheap Walmart type that last maybe two years. I like the plastic light cover instead of glass, no more breaking and danger of getting hurt. I also, like the energy savings at a time when electricity is getting ridiculous. The soft white of the lights is soothing and not harsh, just like the incandescent lighting.

Awful

Order 2 boxes of these which is 4 sets. Within a month 2 of the 4 sets had areas which stopped working. I thought GE would make a better product. I wouldn't waste my time or money with these lights.

Junk

Purchased these a month befor Christmas to hang on the house, they were beautiful for about a day. Slowly they began to go out section by section just a few more each day. Two weeks before Christmas I just unplugged them because the looked worse being out than not on at all. Very disappointed. To make it worse Lowe’s says there policy is not to refund these and they don’t have any replacements, GE also refuses to replace or refund and sent me tips for troubleshooting, I just spent 60 bucks on ne...
