Great Dryer!
Great washer and dryer set. Does everything we could ask for. Dryer has so many options and the WiFi notifications help keep laundry growing. They look great and function well. We did have a knocking sound but turned out to be the hoses slapping the wall when the washer spun. A few zip ties later and it is very quiet. It’s not silent, it is still a machine. Seems like some people expect this to be silent.

Excellent intelligent washer with web connectivity
Would RecommendExcellent washer. So good that my kids are coming over with their laundry. The web interface helps keep us informed so that our time management is always maximizing our efficiency. The automated dispenser for the detergent makes it so much easier and keeps us from using too much detergent while keeping everything very clean since no more fear of spills during each load.

Doesn’t work!
Would Not RecommendThe sensor option doesn’t work. I had it serviced but it still doesn’t work so the recommendation is to only fill halfway and use timed dryer option. Why bother spending money on options that don’t work. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Would RecommendLove the features, settings, and large capacity, However, part of the lint filter grid is exposed and when pulling clothes out of the dryer, the lint gets on the clean dry clothes... poor design!

Bad Choice
Would Not RecommendWe installed the dryer and it didn’t work. Service guy came out and stated faulty igniter which is common in these new units so we will wait for the new part. Not happy with the long wait on getting new part to fix brand new dryer.

Works well but won’t connect to smart app
Would RecommendDryer is working well, it has good sensors so it will keep drying or stop once the load is dry. It’s large so it’s easy to dry larger items. I was really looking forward to using the WiFi feature but the dryer won’t connect to the SmartHQ app so it’s missing the functionality I was looking for (phone notifications when cycle is complete).
