Not as good as my old one

I thought I would love this product. So far every load I have washed has not come out completely clean. There will be residue left on things and my old dishwasher that broke would have everything clean. Not sure why this one is doing this. The controls on top are sometimes hard to get to respond to touch. It’s mostly the too rack that isn’t cleaning the best. We don’t load it where everything is crammed either

Works well with some minor quirks

It works fine and looks great: it's quiet and does a good job cleaning silverware and its cleaning cycles are more efficient. The downside, the bottom drawer is a little smaller than the Kenmore we had previously and the tines that separate the dished are closer together than we'd like - it's a tight fit. Also, the top drawer is not as deep as we expected so you can put in a soup ladle. One weird thing - it turned on the other night by itself. Might be new user error but it was weird.

New and improved dishwasher

Machine is quiet and does a nice job cleaning the dishes. Extra space for large utensils.

Brand new and leaking!

Brand new dishwasher leaking from door. Ruined our kitchen floor before we realized it since we start it and head to bed. Such a shame! Our house is brand new!

Good dishwasher!

I love the stainless steel interior and I do like the Wi-Fi capability to start the dishwasher remotely. So far it’s very quiet and works well.

Cleans the dishes but poorly designed.

My dishes are clean. However, my dishes dont fit unless i lean them forward. Otherwise the washer arm will hit the tops of them. And the utensil holder is not held in place. If you try to hook it on the side, it rubs against the door gasket.

POOR QUALITY CONTROL, LAZY INSTALLER

LOWER TRAY RUBS GASGET ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR, UPPER RACK ROLLS OUT BY ITSELF, LOWER RACK TOO BIG FOR OPENING, UNIT NOT LEVELED PROPERLY, POOR QUALITY CONTROL , I've been using GE for a long time, disappointed!

Not a quality product

The door is super flimsy, feels like it is going to break every time it is closed. Also the racks are not sliding smoothly.

Adequate

This dishwasher came with our new home. It works fine, but there a few issues that I don't like. First, the racks do not roll smoothly. Second, the control is a bit awkward; you have to push start before you close the door, close the door, then the dishwasher starts.

Brand New and Missing Important Parts

GE Profile Dishwasher came without Third Top Utensil Rack installation kit and instructions. I am disappointed and disgusted with the service for your products.

Does not clean dishes

Coming from a kitchen aid KDFM404KPS (which I would 10/10 recommend), this dishwasher simply does not clean dishes. We recently moved into a new house where the GE profile appliances were standard. Noticed right away when putting dirty dishes in the washer that they would not get clean. Every load, even when running on ‘heavy’ does not fully clean the dishes. The kitchen aid we used to have would clean everything perfectly, no need to even rinse off the dishes prior to going in the washer. Would...

Don't buy this dishwasher

It won't let me give zero. Product doesn't work and the appliance store won't replace it. Worst purchase ever. Appliance store says that they are stored in the cold and water freezes inside the. And causes defects.

Best we've had ..

This unit is very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. Our old dishwasher would discolor any aluminum washed. This unit does not. Very happy with our purchase.

Bad quality

Bought house built in 2023 with ge appliances , now the front door leaking water both left and right. N3ver faced this issue with previous houses other brand appliances

lower spray arm defective - twice failed/replaced

We are very disappointed in this diswasher. Was purchased as part of upgraded premium kithen package of all GE Profile applainces in new house build. (I do not recommend any of the GE Profile Appliances that we have - but the dishwasher has been the worse). In less than 40 dishwasher cycles, the lower sprayarm (part number WD22X33499) has failed and bee replaced TWICE. We've had GE warranty repair at the house twice to exchange the identical part.
