Fast Cooking Time

The cooking selections are awesome, you have the ability to set them to your liking. I made a large bake potato in 10 minutes for both sides, it came out perfect.

Its ok not impressed

I like the look of the microwave. I do not like how noisy it is Also the fan does not help when cooking if comes out of the top so no effect on stovetop Bad design

Delivered Damaged

The first two GE Microwaves came damaged, with a corner smashed in. Then Lowe's insisted it would take 2 weeks for the next microwave to be delivered, and the next. Finally the third microwave arrived in good shape. It's a nice appliance, but I need my reading glasses to read the small labeling on the control panel.

Only lasted 14 months....poor quality

The magnetron malfunctioned this morning, creating an electrical fire and filling the interior of the microwave with smoke. The microwave was installed in late November, 2024 and lasted ony14 months. It also was very loud during operation, with a loud ventilation fan, clunky door and the touch pad was squeaky. Overall, very poor quality.

A poor substitute for my Bosch

I had a Bosch and the Home Warranty company replaced it with this quite less superior product. It works but has a dent in the front and no numbers to set a time. Add 30 is the only time available without setting a dial for a prearranged time. I don't ever do that. I set my own time... 45 sec or 1 minute etc. I can't do that now.

No Manual Included

Did not receive a hard copy of the operating manual. Should be included given the price paid.

Months of Waiting

Ensure to read the reviews for the 2.1 cu ft and not the 1.7 cu ft microwave. I ordered the 2.1 cu ft microwave Nov 2025. The first one showed up broken and now it's February 11th , 2026 and still no microwave. No where online does it show as "special order" and that there are none in store, near the store, or managed by the store and has to come from somewhere else because of this title "special order." Trusting household name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having a microwave oven. I didn’t realize how much of a necessity it is until my older GE microwave broke. I’ve only ever had GE appliance, so I can’t compare it to other brands. My husband trusts the name GE, & will only purchase your brand. He actually bought my 2 adult children’s household appliance s from GE. He says, “only GE”.

Less than expected

After three attempts, and because I insisted, the local installer finally delivered a dent and warp free microwave. They removed the existing wall bracket that I was told would accommodate the replacement and re drilled new holes in the wall. They installers gouged and drilled the cabinet under which the microwave is mounted leaving a mess of wood splinters on the range below and bolts that are not flush with the cabinet floor costing me storage space inside. Easy to use

Amazing features and so easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new GE microwave! The installation was easy and rotating the ventilation didn’t take long. It is not only stylish, it works great! The 2.1 cubic foot size is so large and roomy. We love how the sensors decide the time needed for each item. The controls were a bit different than our prior microwave, but are easy to use. I always thought our old microwave worked great, but this GE model takes half the time!

Lots of new features to learn
