Please bring back 240V Advantium Over The Stove!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my 240V Advantium over the stove oven. Purchased in 2009, lasted 15 years! My kitchen is wired for 240V so the 120V version requires major electrical modifications, besides, 120V doesn't have the power for my daily use/abuse. Only use reg oven once/yr for 20# turkey. I'm sick!

Metal doesn't hold up!

We bought our Advantium speed oven 2yrs ago and even though it is great at cooking food and saving me time on meal prep for 6 children, I am VERY disappointed in the craftsmanship! Last month we started hearing cracking during our microwave feature and started seeing a bright white light flickering near the high intensity I infrared bulbs. It seems that the metal box framing where this portion has little holes making it like mesh melted apart and now since there's gaps within the rings, it's spa...

Love this oven- highly recommend to save energy

This oven is the cornerstone of all forms of cooking. The reason I love it is because in a smaller home in the desert, this saves money by not having to turn on the big gas oven during summer. My only recommendation is to have an extended service warranty because it does break down now and then but is still a great buy.

Very sofisticated.

Love it. This is my third Avantium and each one is better than the previous one. Now, if it would only do the dishes.

Last of the Breed

I have owned an Advantium oven for many years, but it finally gave out and needed to be replaced. I had a very hard time finding a new model for purchase, and finally had to settle for an "open box" unit., which had some minor dents and cosmetic flaws. Unfortunately, it also had a faulty part that prevents my from using the Speed Cook feauture. The microwave and convection cooking options still work fine, so I don't mind the minor inconvenience.

Impressive appliance.

This is our second Advantium (first lasted roughly 20 years). Bought the higher power version this time. Marvelous machine. We are using the convection cooking a lot. Microwave is powerful. Stainless steel finish is excellent.

Clock does not stay on

Why can't you make it so the clock stays on all the time. When you look at the microwave and see no lights on it looks like it's unpluged

Good microwave with lots of features.

I like all of the different options you can use in speedcook mode. I also like the stainless steel aspect. One tiny quirk - it doesn't show the time unless you are using it! Weird, but that's not why I only gave 4 stars. I just think it's a little too expensive.

Great microwave

This unit replaced a unit just like it. The old one lasted 21 years. That’s right folks. This isn’t a type o. I wanted the same unit with the same exact dimensions. It was perfect.

cracked handle attachment

Not yet 4 years of moderate use, and the lower handle attachment cracked in multiple pieces. No access to attachment for repair. Inferior quality plastic used in an obvious stress point. In the online Q and A, another customer who experienced this was told to call for service: 1) this is not the only time this has happened, 2) inconvenient to have to call for repairs rather than being able to replace a part.

More features than one can imagine!

I replaced my 20 year old Advantium oven with the newest 240 oven. It is the best appliance to cook just about everything. It is a bit noisier than my first one because it has so many fans. Even with that, I wouldn’t do without this fantastic appliance. The built in Menus for Speedcook, Microwave and Convection make it very easy to use. Love it!

Nice oven

So far we love this microwave/oven. I haven't used ALL the features yet but so far we find it to be very efficient.

240V Advantium Microwave is Fantastic

This is the 3rd 240V GE Advantium microwave we have installed. We love it so much we installed one in each of the 3 homes we have owned over the years. The 120V version if good (I installed one in our daugher's condo), but the 240V version is more powerful and cooks much faster. I liken it to a commercial grade microwave. Not just a microwave

This is an amazing appliance with microwave, convection oven, and quick cook oven all in one. Makes cooking so quick and easy.

So glad that I got the 240!

It's like having a second oven. Use this every day - both as a quick oven and as a microwave. I would give all 5 stars but the inside is a little hard to clean. Not terrible - just hard to keep new and shiny over time.

With first impressions - I like it

It's a little intimidating, but when you get past the fear, it cooks really good food with speed cook . Learning how to set up my own recipes now
