Superior features

Most versatile microwave. Reheat, steam vegetables ,scramble eggs, bake cookies. My 2nd one. Tried to replace with something else but it was inferior. Worth the price

Wobbly tray

The roller tray is wobbly, all 3 wheels are not on bottom of microwave. Repairman came and stated that this is how it is designed? Is that true? We have never had a microwave where the roller tray and glass plate wobble.

Turntable fix

The turntable was wobbly . I had to bend the center higher so that it would not ride on spinner that held it up so that it was not making contact with the rollers. The old style was open and not solid as on this model.

Good purchase

When my over the stove Advantium oven stopped working after 9 yrs. we knew we would miss it. So I tried to get another like it. The 240 volt one is no longer available. I spent a lot on an electrician to put in a new plug, but I wanted the same dial to set the heating time. I love the way I can set the time and functions for the microwave. I seldom use the oven function.

Annoyance

The turntable wobbles and the wheels do not all touch the base at the same time, thus the wobble.

Great flexibility

We replaced our older Advantium oven when we remodeled our kitchen. We love the flexibility of the oven for microwaving, baking and convection, especially the preset capabilities for different foods. I also really appreciated the racks for heating multiple dishes at the same time for the holidays. We do wish that the clock feature could be set so that the clock displays all of the time rather than turn itself off to save power. Why have a clock at all if it isn't being displayed?

NO CLOCK

I bought this to replace the same microwave that was a GE Cafe. Love the Advantium Speed Cook, but I cannot believe that the clock is designed to go off after 30 seconds. The photo is misleading - the clock is ONLY on if you are actively using the microwave. The "reason" is to save energy, but this is a terrible excuse for a little LED clock.

Getcha one!

This is my second Advantium 120. The last one was up for 15 years of tremendous cooking. Absolutely love this technology.

Lasted 21 years

This is our second Avantium the first one lasted 21 years...love it

Advantium PSA9120SPSS initial impressions

We are continuing to explore the full versatility of the unit and are pleased with the results of everything we tried.

What time is it??!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a GE Cafe Advantium 120. Unfortunately the Advantium isn't available in the Cafe line so had to go with the Profile series. Operates similar to Cafe but with a different handle (which is different than the handles on our other Cafe and Monogram appliances). So far so good. Concerned about the latch, the plastic doesn't seem durable. Time and use will tell. AND THE CLOCK DOESN'T STAY ON. I read about the lack of that feature. Really unf...

Great appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a model that was 11 years old. There are some new features that are an improvement over the old one. The best is the ease of opening and closing the door.

Love the Advantium

We bought our first Advantium in 2014. We loved it so much. We bought a replacement because I couldn't live without it. I have a "second" convection oven without taking up more space. I have recommended this product to friends.

Great features

I have owned 3 Advantiums since remodeling kitchen. Truly enjoy all features especially speed cook. Would recommend extending warranty because I wonder about planned obsolescence.

Too soon

We just got it today. No time to totally evaluate. We were unpleased that the 220v model was no longer made.

Advantium Oven
