Would Not RecommendUnfortunately these bulbs didn't work well with my existing ballast setup. They produced an annoying buzzing sound and the performance was inconsistent. After troubleshooting, I realized the issue was the ballast compatibility. I would strongly recommend bypassing the ballast entirely and rewiring your light fixture for direct wire bulbs instead. Would RecommendThis product is great as a replacement for old fluorescent lights. We made the changeover from fluorescent to LEDs at work and it required them to remove the ballast and it was a lot of work. These GE bulbs do NOT require you to remove the ballast. You just replace the old bulbs with these new bulbs and magically they work. They are very bright and they have three different setting for the color of the light.

Would RecommendThese adjustable LED bulbs are great! They allow the bulbs to operate at the brightness that's needed for the area they'll service. I have them in my garage on the brightest setting (daylight) and that makes seeing and doing things easier than it used to be with standard florescent bulbs.
