Loud

Dishwasher makes a loud noise, and the door doesn’t close properly.

Not impressed

Not a fan. Unfortunately after the control panel went on mine this is all I could afford. Easy to hookup and was able to bring home in my car to save money. The top rack is SHORT. I can't put any tall cups in there like I can any other. It's very loud. The bottom drawer falls constantly off sides when pulling out or pushing in. Cannot change from normal wash option. Have to press the start button HARD to get it on. Cleans well tho.

Buy another brand

Very loud and makes a very loud tapping noise even before the cycle starts. The rack tines are awkwardly placed. When my husband comments about this you know it’s bad. I would not get again.

Functional

The capacity of the dishwasher is not that spacious as I would like and the controls can be a little confusing as to how they function. Overall it functions as it should, so that’s what’s important to me.

What is the smell, plastic?

Please tell me why my dishwasher smells so incredibly toxic, I understand that it is not stainless steel, just plastic. Is that why it smells so bad after every use! I have left the door open, I have used specific cleaners and only the recommended pods and it still smells so awful. I would rather hand wash my dishes than have to smell that awful smell.

Great Dishwasher

Horrible dishwasher - noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is a cheap, plastic lined, noise maker. The wheels fell off the bottom rack & broke, after 4 uses. Very, very, very disappointed with it. The serviceman will be back, over & over again!

Does not clean properly

We got this dishwasher back in February, and I am already looking to replace it. It does a horrible job of cleaning dishes. I make sure not to overload it, and I am finding myself hand-washing dishes afterwards to get them clean. It replaced a dishwasher that was over 20 years old, for which I could no longer obtain parts, and the older one ran significantly better than this one. Piece of junk. Stay away!

Bad Quality Rack

The dishwasher rack has a serious rusting problem. The rack is of poor quality, and the coating is starting to peel off, causing it to rust. It has caused some of my plates to get rust stains. We have had another dishwasher before this one, and we never experienced this problem before.

Does the job, but already looking to replace

Bought a home with this dishwasher already installed. It does seem to clean fairly well, but the run cycle is really long compared to my old apartment grade dishwasher. Also doesn't dry very well. Had to turn off the "dry boost" setting as it melts plastics (reusable straws, water Bottle, cup lids). Also don't love the capacity of the dish washer. Maybe I'm just still getting used to it, but it doesn't seem to fit as much especially on the bottom portion.

Wonky controls that are difficult to read unless you're on your knees. Long cycles.

Everything’s great but the bottom rack

Love the feature of the disposal in it and how quiet it is. I guess I need to learn how to link it to my WiFi. All of that is great but….. the bottom rack. It does not stay on the rails and falls off all the time. I have never had a dishwasher be as bad. I think I spend more time fixing it than anything else.

No gasket on Detergent Dispenser door! Rinses away

The detergent dispenser does NOT have a gasket. This means that your detergent will be washed away before the main wash. On a "normal wash" setting, this dishwasher will run three rinses before the main wash. I opened the door after the third rinse (during the fill for the main wash) then opened the detergent dispenser and saw that 70% of my detergent had been washed away! That greatly impacts performance and what I suspect is causing a lot of the dirty dishes comments you're seeing here. I've n...

GE doesn’t want this review

GE in the 21st century makes absolute garbage. I bought this dishwasher about 18 months ago and tonight it is dead. No lights, the buttons do nothing. It’s got power but it’s acting like it doesn’t.

Poor design

We’ve had this dishwasher for under 2 months. It is extremely loud. The bottom rollers don’t slide easily and they are catching on the side trim. We are a family of 3 and don’t have an unusual amount of dishes. They do come out clean so I suppose it does what is expected.

It’s a good model

I like the easy to clean filter and it is not too loud of a machine Lots of room for cutlery
