Convenient, easy to use, dependable

I like that you can use the timer and the microwave feature at the same time. Air fry is really convenient for warming up things like pie that don't do well in a microwave. The controls feel solid.

Powerful and efficient convection/micro oven

Cooks evenly and very silently. Hardly know the micro is running. Appreciate the "hot" warning when I open the door. Not thrilled with the chrome around the door and the numbers panel. Every finger touch shows so I'm constantly cleaning.

Glad I bought it

I do like every aspect of this, the microwave is all I needed, but I have enjoyed the air fryer very much, a good additional appliance without having an additional appliance. I will admit, the Grey letters on black buttons are sometimes hard to see, I wish they would make the contrast greater. Good purchase

Not my favorite microwave.

This microwave is so small (narrow) it is hard to remove a dinner plate when you have two oven mitts on your hands. The control panel is not user friendly. You have to look up what all the number selection definitions are. Nothing is labeled with word descriptions. We do love the air fryer and convection features. This microwave runs hotter than the last microwave we owned.

Poor air frying design

This is a great idea to combine appliances but the air fryer rack sits so high that’s it is awkward to put the tray in and remove it. You are supposed to flip the food part way through and the space you have to access the tray makes it hard to remove and put back when everything is hot. Also, there is no rack to put in the air fryer tray to keep the food out of the grease which is the point of air frying isn’t it? Great Microwave Oven

Absolutely this Microwave Oven - This one is an exact replacement for the one that I had and dropped while in the process of moving. Does everything I purchased it to do from heating leftovers and air frying chicken and is so very easy to keep clean. .

Not as advertised

This was advertised as being Stainless Steel, however the only stainless steel is on the door trim and the interior. The oven itself is black! Not happy with that at all. Hopefully it will perform as indicated.

A bit small and you can't turn off the turntable

First off, I have no problem with the contrast of print on the buttons as others have mentioned. And the build quality seems nice, and I like the stainless interior and the interior light. Features are all good. But a few design flaws in my opinion, it's fairly small, especially depth. Like a regular size paper towel often gets knocked off when the turntable spins. And, on that subject, you can't turn off the turn table, not even for convection cooking, so you are limited to items and pans ...

Perfect

Its beautiful, actually the best microwave iv ever owned and I dont use microwaves exceot to maybe heat my espresso. It literally stays clean even after my son's been here (28yr ) using it. Due to soild steel inside not cheap colored walls. Haven't tried the air Fyer yet, but I have my favorite AF and will stick with my ninja crispi for now. Cooks evenly, lots of easy features. Good Job GE.

Can`t see the buttons

Yhe unit is great. The only problem so far is that with the black unit is you can`t see the buttons.

We bought this microwave and it is perfect!! It works as an air fryer, convection oven and microwave. Could Not Be Happier !!

This is a great microwave

I had the GE profile before this one. This one is smaller but not a problem. I love the one touch controls. I got used to them with the GE profile. I am very happy with this model. Can’t wait to try the air fry feature.

Failure of build

Cheaply made hinge point for door snapped off. This fairly new machine is now useless. Impossible to repair. No abuse or accidents occurred, just a failed build. All other microwaves that I ever seen lasted for many years. This one was poorly made.

Not happy

Control panel is too dark. When using, I get a smell of hot or melting plastic. Instruction booklet is very incomplete.

It works

The only thing we can understand how to work is the microwave. We can't find any instructions for the air fryer or convection oven or broiler feature. So far a real disappointment.

Many options

Too new to have tried all options. Getting used to the smaller size/capacity. Controls are a bit dark snd hard for some to see them well. Very quiet. Reheat feature works very well, much better than old microwave which was also a GE.

So far so good but not perfect

We just brought it home less than a month ago so I can't speak for its longevity. Haven't tried the modes besides the microwave, but in microwave mode it operates quietly. But of course I have a couple of peeves: 1) It's really hard to read the control pad. The words need to be bigger and more contrasting. 2) When the door is open it has some sharp edges/corners. I would be a great product evaluator during the development phase, but no one ever asks me.
