Frustrated

I own many GE products however after 5 months this toaster stopped working. The 4 toast unit only had two slots that ejected on either side. I approached GE for their 1 year warranty and the process for replacement was arduous to the point I finally gave up and will be buying another make and model brand of toaster. Very disappointed with GE customer service and suggest you stay away from purchasing this make and model.

Best 4-slice toaster I have ever owned. Easy to clean with crumb trays at the bottom that slide out. Multiple control settings with large slots for bagels, waffles and breads. Includes cancel, frozen and bagel buttons.

G.E. 4 Slice Toaster / Versatile/ Quality

Upon placing my first slice of toast in the GE 4 - Slice Toaster, the toast came out perfectly even on both sides and perfectly brown set at the 4 ½ setting, maybe a tinge of a difference but still pleased. Happy with performance

It is a very nice all round toaster. Easy to set up and use. Toast comes our consistent. After a couple of purchased toasters from other source, one that failed on day 2, it was a relief to get one that actually works.

A perfect addition to any kitchen.

This is the best toaster we have ever had or used in 55 years of marriage. Works great and exactly as described. It is a great looking appliance as well.

Almost the perfect toaster

Since there are now three adults living in one space, for the most part, this toaster has been an excellent upgrade from our old two-slice model. The design is a nice touch in our kitchen, with easy to use controls. The performance, however, is inconsistent. Love this toaster!

Replaced my 18 year old GE Toaster. This one is very nice looking. Love the wider slots and that it pops up higher. Settings accurate. Do wish the cord was in the back instead of the side.

Very slow toaster

Just set up this toaster today. It is a good looking Appliance however, I can see where fingerprints and smudges are going to be a problem all over this toaster. I went through the set of procedures and then made my first two pieces of toast. I had the setting on seven or maximum browning and it took a really long time and unfortunately came out rather light. Haven’t decided whether or not, I will be keeping this toaster yet.

True Settings

This is a nice large slot toaster. It makes great toast with it's settings pretty true. The only issue I have with it is the push down handle, which seems to be an afterthought to an otherwise well designed appliance.

4-slice stainless steel toaster

So far I like the toaster. My last two were Cuisinarts. They are more expensive but don’t toast evenly. The GE maybe takes a little longer but I like that the bagels or rolls come out crisp on the outside but softer on the inside. The controls however are a little harder to turn.

The features are great.

Loving this so far. Works very well and toasts bread & bagels just right.

Nice Toaster

This toaster is a great toaster. I like that you can toast only 2 slices of bread at a time. The only thing i wish is that that the slots were a little longer for wider slices of bread.

Knob settings can’t be seen!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot see the toast level knob settings. It gets washed out in the stainless steel look. This should be addressed. I had to mark “dots” with a black marker to see the set level.

Received as Christmas gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift...looks great! Out with the old and faded and in with the shiny and new!. Surely years of use await!

Perfect for my space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance is great and I like the crumbs trays. My only suggestion is that the cord would be better coming out the back of the toaster.
