I love my stove and oven.The griddle on the stove is fantastic.The burners are very easy to clean.The oven is very large in the extra rock makes baking much simpler , especially at going holidays

Great Features

I just got the range today. I like all the features and I am looking forward to using it.

It’s okay, not the best.

Expected better. Get the extended warranty. While the stovetop works very well and can put off some heat quickly, I ran into some other issues immediately. I had to file a claim for the front leveling foot. It is cheap molded plastic instead of all-thread. The piece was damaged during transport and could not be leveled without being fixed. The alert sound for timer and preheat is not loud so using a separate timer is advised if you have any other sounds going on in the home. The touchpad...

Best gas range I have ever had.

The capacity is very generous. Love the center griddle, looks great in my kitchen.

Wifi lacking

The stove works great, however; the method to change settings such as temp and sound is not good at all. It's difficult to navigate through the options. Also the wifi does not connect well. It needs an antenna or something better. It only works if my wifi is within 4 feet. All my other wifi connected devices work well throughout my house.

Stove/range

Oven heats up very fast and is true to the temperature reading. Looks nice. I wish you could take off the side burner grates to clean under them without having to remove the center grate which is heavy. But overall really like how it performs.

Nice stove/oven once the "Start" button registers

Very frustrated with the "Start" button. After selecting bake, broil, etc. the "Start" button needs to be pressed. For some reason it is not consistent in "how" to press it. Most of the time it works as well as the other buttons, sometimes it takes several presses (hard, soft, cover with thumb, lightly poke) for it to register. The stove and oven itself is great. Really nice

I’ve only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. It heats up fast and cooks evenly. The air fryer feature is great. I would suggest that the cast iron griddle/grill be seasoned in the oven for added protection. It’s handy for heating soft taco shells and cooking smash burgers. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great product!

I love all the features, especially the air fryer and dual burner with simmer/high control. Just wish the griddle was coated to stop the cast iron from gaining rust. Also would like to see the clock display while cooking.

Easy to use controls.

The controls and display make it easy to use . Oven temps are fairly accurate whether using the bake or broil function.

Overall a great range with nice features.

We like the higher BTU stove top burners, sturdy grates, and shorter preheat time for the oven. The brushed stainless steal surface is easy to clean. The oven timer is more complicated and can't always see the time remaining. The convection fan has a defective shaft. It wobbles and rattles. The dealer inspected it and will replace the fan under warranty.

Cooks nice but. Not Smart

While the gas stove cooks nicely, ALL instructions on the Smart HQ app aand manias are absolutely USELESS to try and connect with WiFi “Connected Appliance Passwords” label does not match what comes up on app; my phone does not detect the appliance; there is no “Get Connected “button on the control panel; the screen does not match the templates offered on the set up sequence; and worst of all, when manually entering serial and model numbers, thy are said to be “invalid.” I’d go for a “dumb” appl...

The burners

I have not used all the features of my range. But so far I enjoy cooking on it. The only thing I think needs to change is the timer alarm is not very loud.

Works Great - Imperfect Appearance

Excellent product, works wonderfully. However, the product was delivered on January 9th and after just a week the bottom front edge of the refrigerator interior liner (the one piece molded white vinyl) has developed an upward facing distorted bulge approximately 1/2" in height and 5" in width. This apparent physical imperfection does not appear to be impacting the operation or performance (at the current time) this is an unsightly image for a brand new product for all friends and family who wan...

GE profile range

I am not thrilled about my range. The 5th burner is completely useless. It does not get hot enough to cook pancakes on it. The timer is funky on the oven as well. You have to do it twice to get it set. I had to learn to cook all over as the temperature doesn’t seem hot

Mostly wonderful with one big glitch

I love the air fry feature in oven. I like the number of gradations of flame on the knobs. I like the height of the iron grates on top of the stove. I really do NOT like that there is no loud beeping noise when the oven attains desired temperature. This is a really big bad design flaw.

Ideal cooktop

Elegant item to prepare homemade food. Air fry adds new options for cooking. Best is easy cleanup after use.

Gas range

We've had our range now about a month. We wanted to switch from electric to gas for quite a while. It seems to be everything we wanted . Time will tell how it holds up

Broken in less than a year

We have had this range since Jan 2025 and already one of the knobs (the far right one) has had issues, something inside the plastic broke going between the inner and outer burner, an now the igniter in the oven has stopped functioning. I set it to preheat and 10min later my home smells of gas and the temp hasnt risen. This is a risk, if I hadnt noticed it would have kept filling my house with gas.

Efficient & Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 3 GE products: a French door Refrigerator/Freezer, a Gas range and an over-the-range Microwave. We are so pleased and have not had any problems with any of them. The Refrigerator/Freezer is so deep and roomy. The stove and oven are amazing. Very easy to operate and such even and quick cooking!
