Would Not RecommendI’ve barely had my stove for a year and it’s leaking gas. The gas company had to come to my house and shut off my gas. I can’t get a hold of anybody to come and fix it. This is such an inconvenience.

Panel overheats and shuts oven off and locks it
Would Not RecommendWe’ve had issues from the beginning. The back panel overheats and it shuts off the oven and locks it. It started 6 months after buying it and we had the panel replaced. After another 6 months the new panel started overheating and would randomly shut off the oven and locks it. We have to wait until it cools to restart it. We’ll never buy this style again.

Would RecommendLove the slate finish, what a great option! Keep offering it for when I need to replace my other appliances. The grate & grill top will make it very easy to maneuver my heavy pressure canner.

Defective griddle
Griddle:The Grill for the stove is a joke. Although the stove is very nice and easy to clean, the griddle has been a great disappointment from the start! The food sticks to it and it’s very hard to clean. The nonstick surface has become almost not nonexistent, and until recently. I’ve never used anything But the recommended turners and utensils for this.

Would RecommendInstall the stove last night cook dinner was amazing. It feels like a good solid built product. The greats on top are amazing, The touchscreen for the oven controls and other features seem well built as well. I would buy this again if something happened to this thank you for billing a good product and it accent since my kitchen very well!

Great Range
Installed my new range today - very easy to connect the gas line line. I love the color - Finger Print Resistant Slate. Really love the center grill and the large burner. My old stove had 2 small burners and the larger burners are so much nicer. My refrigerator and dishwasher are stainless and I don't like the finger prints that you get, even with the finger print resistant finish. The slate color matches well and looks cleaner - no finger prints.

Griddle starting to peal.
Fire, ease of use and easy to clean are amazing! Problem is the griddle starting to peal more and more. I only use silicon, wood and plastic cooking utensils but spots of “non stick” that I avoid cooking over have began to become more frequent. Would love some insight 🤞🏽

Would RecommendWe love our gas range! It heats evenly and is easy to clean! My only negative thought is it doesn’t get as hot as my mom’s older range. Which is probably a safety feature
