Terrible customer service

Bought fridge AND Lowes warranty. Door wont seal properly. Lowes will not honor their warranty. 800 number goes to useless voice prompts. Chat bot is also useless. Lowes says call manufacturer. Manufacturer says call Lowes. Back and forth and no one will call to come fix it.

Never allow someone to use your bathroom.

The product is fine no complaints at all. However one of the installers completely infuriated me after asking if he could use my bathroom. He left it in deplorable shape. I will not go into details unless you request them. It was disgusting need I say more? I would request that you contact the subcontractor and explain my anger and frustration. Any monetary adjustment to my Lowes bill would be appreciated based on this sickening situation. Thank you.

broke 14 days after purchase.

i would give it 0 stars if i could! the thing only lasted 14 days, the appliance store is on their way to pick it up to fix it, but im going to get a full refund because i think this says it all about this unit. Its not going to last. this was my experience.

Works great but freezer unit is very awkward

The refrigerator/freezer works great. The refrigerator section is large, well lit, and easily accessible, with convenient adjustable shelves. The temperature seems perfect and keeps everything well. I do have a problem with the freezer. I had to replace my refrigerator in a hurry and did not see this one in person. My fault that I did not read the description thoroughly, but I was surprised on installation that the freezer door opened right to left, instead of being a pull-out drawer. I find thi...

Freezes vegetables

About a week after warranty expired it began to freeze vegetables in the drawers while not keeping ice cream frozen in the freezer. I had two different appliance repairmen come to house, both said it can’t be repaired.

Excellent features and great quality

I love the design of this refrigerator. The 2 door feature is perfect for the designated space. The top has plenty of capacity for storage and is does not require bending down to get product out (a great feature for us seniors). The freezer at the bottom is great because it is not accessed as often as the top

Door swings wide

Love the look of our GE refrigerator , great door space but could use another level for racking or lowering a shelf. But one disappointment I have is the door doesn’t have a stopper so it swings back to far, we have to grab it our chase it our just let it swing way back

Where's the cheese?

Love everything about the fridge, other than it doesn't have a mid level lunch meat drawer.

freezer rack is inconvenient

i think the the non-moveable wire rack in the bottom freezer is stupid . it should slide out . i will have to buy a plastic bin to put on this rack ,so i can get at the things in back . also no owners manual to tell you anything about temp control ,cleaning , light replacement , nothing . overall the unit works well , happy with performance
