AMAZING PRODUCT

Okay first off, the product is amazing! Like my room was so hot.. so hot at night & in the day time but as soon as i got this installed, my sleep & life literally changed 😂 this thing is amazing. Has me waking up cold once i get from under the blankets. It’s honestly so perfect and i couldn’t ask for a better unit.

Horrible

I purchased two of these window units. The first one quit cooling within a year. The second one just quit cooling three days ago. I replaced both with a different brand.

Great ac

Cools my whole 2 bedroom apartment really well, and doesn’t very quickly.

Make sure you get the right size unit

I bought a 6000 BTU unit for a 250 square-foot room and it was not enough. It barely kept the temperature at 75. This is more than enough for that size room.

not impressed with GE

we bought 3 of these units in august of 2021 and so far the 2 that are used daily have gotten very noisy(fan noise), the bedroom unit no longer cools so it only a fan at the moment until i find something dependable to replace it with. GE warranty and customer service is terrible and be prepared to be bombarded by ge emails and text to purchase an extended warranty as they know this product is crap. would give -5 stars if possible.

Good if it worked.

I liked the look and the capabilities. It was easy to install but didn't work. It was like a strong window fan. Returned it.

worked great for about 2 years

it was able to cool my living room, kitchen and laundry room easily. the control panel went out and luckily i got the 3 year protection plan so after filing a claim i recieved a gift card for the full price of the unit to get another.

Quality

I purchased this week and it cooled my whole home within the hour. I live in a big size mobile home and this ac is perfect. The app is a ++++++++ in my book.

Amazing window unit!

Our compressor in our air conditioning unit went out, it was over 90 and we needed a quick fix! I would recommend this unit to anyone! It did so good in our house which is only 691 sqft. I loved how you could control it from your phone which gave me some relief with managing the temperature in the house for the dogs while we were at work.

It is OK...but not great

This was a purchase to upgrade from a 12 year old non-smart window AC unit. While the feature to control via your smartphone are amazing, there are a few things that for the price should be better. The temperature setting for Energy Saver is there to automatically keep the temperature where you want it, turning off and on accordingly. However, it consistently lets the temperature get 2-4 degrees warmer than the set temp before turning on. This is a huge difference when trying to cool a space fr...

the reset button wont click veary dissapoonted now it wont turn on

Don't waste your money!

Unit worked very well but only lasted 2 summers and now it will only flash a code when plugged in which is not in the manual. Also only has a one year warranty so I can't even swap it!

Brand name, worth tthe extra money.

Easy install, smooth running.

If I could give this unit 0 stars I would. It lasted 2 months and stopped working. It's JUNK!
