Okay first off, the product is amazing! Like my room was so hot.. so hot at night & in the day time but as soon as i got this installed, my sleep & life literally changed 😂 this thing is amazing. Has me waking up cold once i get from under the blankets. It’s honestly so perfect and i couldn’t ask for a better unit.

Make sure you get the right size unit

I bought a 6000 BTU unit for a 250 square-foot room and it was not enough. It barely kept the temperature at 75. This is more than enough for that size room.

we bought 3 of these units in august of 2021 and so far the 2 that are used daily have gotten very noisy(fan noise), the bedroom unit no longer cools so it only a fan at the moment until i find something dependable to replace it with. GE warranty and customer service is terrible and be prepared to be bombarded by ge emails and text to purchase an extended warranty as they know this product is crap. would give -5 stars if possible.

This was a purchase to upgrade from a 12 year old non-smart window AC unit. While the feature to control via your smartphone are amazing, there are a few things that for the price should be better. The temperature setting for Energy Saver is there to automatically keep the temperature where you want it, turning off and on accordingly. However, it consistently lets the temperature get 2-4 degrees warmer than the set temp before turning on. This is a huge difference when trying to cool a space fr...

Love My GE

I love my GE product Its more then i can ask for it cools up more then just the area its installed in. My electricity bill doesnt go up at all with the eco mode or any mode in general. I have neighbors asking that im craxy for leaving the AC running 24/7 but i dnt see a raise in electrical well not enough to cut my appliances off. Also the fact i can control the AC unit anywhere i am is the best. I have to keep the place cool for my pets and its nice to have some control in when to turn it on ...

Love my new stove

I'm very happy with my stove. I like the extra features. The warming area is handy. The only thing I would change is the "Steam Cleaning" Feature. It's not very effective and it leaves a lot of water to try to get out.
