AMAZING PRODUCT

Okay first off, the product is amazing! Like my room was so hot.. so hot at night & in the day time but as soon as i got this installed, my sleep & life literally changed 😂 this thing is amazing. Has me waking up cold once i get from under the blankets. It’s honestly so perfect and i couldn’t ask for a better unit.

Horrible

I purchased two of these window units. The first one quit cooling within a year. The second one just quit cooling three days ago. I replaced both with a different brand.

Great ac

Cools my whole 2 bedroom apartment really well, and doesn’t very quickly.

Make sure you get the right size unit

I bought a 6000 BTU unit for a 250 square-foot room and it was not enough. It barely kept the temperature at 75. This is more than enough for that size room.

not impressed with GE

we bought 3 of these units in august of 2021 and so far the 2 that are used daily have gotten very noisy(fan noise), the bedroom unit no longer cools so it only a fan at the moment until i find something dependable to replace it with. GE warranty and customer service is terrible and be prepared to be bombarded by ge emails and text to purchase an extended warranty as they know this product is crap. would give -5 stars if possible.

It is OK...but not great

This was a purchase to upgrade from a 12 year old non-smart window AC unit. While the feature to control via your smartphone are amazing, there are a few things that for the price should be better. The temperature setting for Energy Saver is there to automatically keep the temperature where you want it, turning off and on accordingly. However, it consistently lets the temperature get 2-4 degrees warmer than the set temp before turning on. This is a huge difference when trying to cool a space fr...

If I could give this unit 0 stars I would. It lasted 2 months and stopped working. It's JUNK!

Short time but good so far

The installation was very easy and the unit is very attractive. It's a perfect fit for what I need.

Solid product needs to be taken apart and water hosed once a year

Didn’t last long

Used this unit for one year. Stopped working at the start on the 2nd year Control panel lights up and shuts off . It is very frustrating to spend this much money on a product and have it fai so quickly

Highly recommend

This AC is perfect! In Texas today it was 105 with a feels like of 114! It kept up and kept me cool!!

Love My GE

I love my GE product Its more then i can ask for it cools up more then just the area its installed in. My electricity bill doesnt go up at all with the eco mode or any mode in general. I have neighbors asking that im craxy for leaving the AC running 24/7 but i dnt see a raise in electrical well not enough to cut my appliances off. Also the fact i can control the AC unit anywhere i am is the best. I have to keep the place cool for my pets and its nice to have some control in when to turn it on ...

Love my new stove

I'm very happy with my stove. I like the extra features. The warming area is handy. The only thing I would change is the "Steam Cleaning" Feature. It's not very effective and it leaves a lot of water to try to get out.

Great features

This product has been good to us. I love the app access to turn on/off the unit from anywhere. We have a dog and we work full-time so it's easy to turn on the unit for her while we're not there.

Worst purchase ever

It quit working within 3 months. The control panel doesn’t work. The remote hasn’t worked since I bought it. A huge waste of money.
