Good AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AC works great. It is great having an app to control it as well as the remote. The app even works to turn AC on or off or adjust settings when away from home! I wish from the app allowed you to turn the beep sound off when adjusting the settings. Also, I think the remote should have a temp display on it, so you know what temp you are setting too if not looking at or able to see device.

Hard to rate a brand new machine bad when it does what it’s supposed to

I bought a new window AC. Paid a lot of money for it. Not surprisingly it works and works well. As long as it works and lasts at least 10 years without issue I’ll consider this a great buy and 5-star piece of equipment. If it breaks sooner then I didn’t get the value from it that I would have hoped. 2 weeks after install… ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the best air conditioner I ever owned it cools fast. Also, it's very quiet. It connects to your phone via wireless network. So you can do everything on your phone. It also comes with remote control, it's just a very good air conditioner!!!

Window AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Struggled with the app and unit when first setting up. It was stuck in a update loop until I unplugged the machine, deleted the app and reinstalled. Otherwise, sleek, quiet and just what we wanted.

Quiet and lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the "Silence of the Inverter", much quieter than the other non-inverter window a/c I own. The controls are easy to understand/use and for my 400 sq foot bedroom, this unit cools quickly, consistenty and quietly. At 56 lbs, easily installed and removed from the window.

Wish I had found it sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Possibly the best window AC I have ever owned! Quier and efficient. I love the air sweeping. The unit is light enough I could handle it myself. Being able to control it with Alexa was a plus as well

Awesome Air Conditioner!

Outstanding Quietness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quietness is outstanding. I was impressed enough to purchase an 8,000 BTU model for a smaller room. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to make the control panel easier to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the quietness oh, the cooling is great. I'm a little disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection I have to units one won't stay connected but Frigidaire is working on correcting that with me. Would I buy them again? yes!

Non functional touch pad

Won't Hold Settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I understand that every time I turn it on it has to start in eco mode. BUT, it won’t retain the other settings from when it was turned off. Every time it’s turned on the temp is set to ‘72’ and the fan is set to ‘Auto’. This very aggravating and inconvenient, considering returning it.

My experience with the new generation Frigidaire ac

Great for my tiny Manhattan Apartment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this AC and so far it’s great! It’s quiet and cools down my entire studio apartment quickly. It was easy to install and I love the dehumidifying feature. My only critique is that the buttons on the front are not easy to push and it took me about 2 minutes to finally be able to push the WiFi button to set up the app. Overall though, I’m very happy with it!

Way too expensive for what it is.

The AC it self seems fine except nothing works on the face. The "buttons" aren't even buttons and they don't work. So I can't adjust the temp on the unit or connect to the wifi. The plastic in front is really cheap and flimsy. Don't waste your money on this. Just get a regular old 10,000 BTU unit for less.

Okay, but not as quiet as our larger Frigidaire

We bought this because we love our Frigidaire Quiet Temp 8000 BTU model. This one is supposed to be 4db quieter and we chose it for that reason to put in our bedroom. After we installed we could immediately tell it was not quieter. We measured it with a decibel meter compared to the other one and it’s actually 5db louder. Not only that but the sound profile is an unpleasant pulsating buzz. We feel like the product was misrepresented and there’s nothing we can do about it now. It does blow col...
