Stop blowing cold after 6 months

Shuts down all the time

This item keeps shutting down for no reason reflecting error E4. I have only had this for less than a month and it is so not worth the money.

Does a nice job in bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It actually got too cold one night which never happened with a previous unit (different brand). Our old unit also did not tell us that we needed to drain the unit, this is a good safety feature.

Recovery room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to turn our family room into a recovery room for my complete knee replacement recovery area. Set room up with everything I needed including pt work area. Worked great was able to keep the room at a pleasant temp. Fan not too noisy, set instructions leave much to be desired, you tube video was helpful however set viewing seemed to in reverse to actual finished product!

inefficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC unit did not cool as expected. When I purchased the units they were advertised on the box as cooling a 350 sq ft room. I used them in 25 sq ft rooms and they only cooled the rooms from 92 degrees down to 90. I had lots of customer complaints from this.

Both failed after only 1 summer of use. The compressor does not turn on and blow air does not come out even after running the AC at 60 degrees for 30 mins. Sad thing is that warranty is only good for 1 year and if you're lucky it'll fail before 1 year is up and you can then get a free replacement. However, you cannot...

Portable AC

Very inefficient

I installed one of these in a 25 sqft room. Yes, 5x5. And it couldn't keep up with 90 degree plus weather. Best I could achieve is to get the tiny room down to 80 degrees F. Performed all the troubleshooting steps for the case where room was still too warm. Beware before you buy.

This unit worked ok for the first year, but then things started to go downhill. It would randomly shut off and restart—even after I triple-checked the settings and confirmed there was no timer enabled. Because of that, I couldn’t use it reliably overnight unless I set it to the lowest temperature, which seemed to keep it running. Trying to use it again in the second year I consistently got a “P1" error and the tank would fill up. I tried many troubleshooting steps and connected a hose to the ex...

Good Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my room always gets very hot during the day, and by evening it is so hot I was having trouble sleeping. This AC has made it much more pleasant to sleep. The air it puts out is very cold. It is slightly noisy, but I don't find that it disturbs my rest. If you have the money or a bigger room, I would go for a more expensive model, but otherwise this is a good unit and I trust it to last a long time.

This product cools down not just a small room, but even a larger room. I have no complaints and I have been basking in the nice cool air ever since I got it. It’s easy to hook up, easy to learn how to use. Simple and fast and works great! Would recommend to everyone!
