Stopped working

Worked like a champ for almost 4 years. Then just quit. Disappointed that it did not last longer. The previous freezer we had lasted 12+ years.

Stopped Working after 1.5 years

Stopped working at 1.5 years so no warranty. Frigidaire was very unhelpful and kept saying they make quality products but you never know when an appliance will stop working. For the $$ I paid, I sure expected it to be more than a year and a half! Not to mention the food I lost. Going to cost me a ton of money to try and repair and I was told it might not work.

OVERALL GOOD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer a little over 1 year ago and it quit working We came home from camping only to find everything in the freezer was spoiled. We figured out it was the Thermostat. After calling 4 different numbers, and wasting over 1 1/2 hours of being on hold, I think we finally found a replacement thermostat. The reason being that we thought we bought a Frigidaire when actually it is a Electrolux.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this freezer 1 year and 4 months ago and has already stopped working. It's was the perfect size to hold everything I needed. It's unfortunate that it no longer works and Frigidaire won't fix it due to it being 4 months over the warranty. Was it only made to last just long enough for the warranty to be up? For the price paid it should have lasted alot longer.

This freezer satisfies all needs for a freezer in a compact, spacious appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this freezer because the brand has great reviews and the footprint makes it appear small but the space inside is very generous. I can put twice as much food inside this one than I could with my old, larger "other brand" model

Nice freezer but not pretty

8.7 cu ft freezer exactly right

The Frigidaire outperformed on both accounts. It’s full up and extremely reliable. I thought that it would make some noise but it is quieter than I could have ever expected.
