Frigidaire upright freezer/refrigerator

It replaces a different brand we had previously which lasted less than three years, and the cost to repair that freezer was more than the freezer was worth. We purchased Frigidaire because of the reviews. Hoping to get several years out of it. So far it has been in place about a month and is roomy and is working as it is supposed to. Particularly love that there's a light inside.

Replacement freezer

I can switch the unit from refrigerator to freezer and back just by turning a knob. I’m also comforted by knowing that an alarm will sound should someone leave the door open or that the internal temperature goes too far above its setting.
