I ordered two of these one work one would accept propane had to take it back to the store and get my money back on one they're all made in the same country so it doesn't matter who you buy from they may or may not be good when you get them

Good tank. But was rushed to pick up.

Tank was certified and filled up just great. No issues. Came with a valve cover to put over. I didn’t like that it took a week and half to get and then it arrived in the middle of the week and after 2 days Lowe’s was calling me to cancel or pick up already. I waited a week and half to get it delivered to store. My email said I had a week to pick up. That’s how long I should have before you start calling about it. Items exchanged only if held in stock

I purchased 2 x 30LB propane tanks earlier and the valve unit on 1 tank did not work, so it had to be returned and a new one ordered. The new tank valve worked properly but the replacement process was not acceptable, it should have been easier to return it for a new one without any difficulty... I didn't want my money, just a new tank.

Don't return if it won't fill

Bought 2 new 30lb tanks. Went to have them filled at the gas supply store. 3 employees tried and it would not take gas. I went to another place and the first guy couldn't fill either. He called for help and the second guy reset the valve (took about 30 seconds) and had no problem filling both tanks. He said it must have been turned sideways during shipping. Makes sense to me.

Faulty Service Valve

Not much can go wrong with a brand new propane tank, but this one was a return to the store.

WATED MY TIME!!!

I ordered two of these tanks and a cover; it took Lowes *3 WEEKS* (instead of the promised 1) to send it to me, and when I went to fill the 2nd tank, the valve is busted and won't fill it!!!! IM DELETING MY LOWES ACCOUNT ONCE I GET A REFUND; MOST WORTHLESS WASTE OF MY TIME EVER!!!

tank not filling? wrong.

saw lots of 1 star ratings saying tanks would not fill. Thought I had the same issue because my tank would not take any propane. another person came out while one was trying to fill the tank and said the vacuum purged tanks fill differently than other tanks. He filled it with no problem. Not sure what he did other than open their valve fast then off then back open again. Anyway , it worked.
