Bring back the tablet!

These are what you are replacing the classic tablet with and they are horrible! My glassware already has started showing signs of etching and designs are being scrubbed of. The tablets I have used for years and never have had this problem (one time I tried cascade and they etched some glassware and I swore never to use them) These are going back to the store and I’ll find another brand that won’t change wants not broken. Bring back the tablets!

Bring back the old original Powerball tabs

Nobody wants these. Please listen to your customers get rid of the gel packs and bring back the tabs your longtime customers want. I am online trying to find those and I’m not going to buy these. I’ll just buy something like your old product from a natural competitor.

I bought a package recently and all they do is leak and stick together in a giant blob!

Dissatisfied and messy!

I bought these around a month ago, I bought them in a large package with high hopes. They are all sticking together and when trying to take apart to put one in the dishwasher they are breaking and leaking everywhere! Very disappointing

Poor performance

For such a premium-priced dishwashing product, Powerball Quantum has been incredibly underwhelming. The tablets do not dissolve properly, often leaving a gritty residue in the dispenser and on the dishes themselves. Bring back the classic

Left a horrible soap taste on my dishes and all my plastic smells like the strong detergent smell.

Too much perfume and soap taste

Please go back to the original formula. My dishes now taste like soap and the scent is overwhelming.

Finish Classic

Please do not get rid of the Finish Classic dishwashing tablets. I have been using them for years and have not had any problems. The new liquid in plastic do not fulling dissolve and the clog up your dishwasher drain.

Update: I can't get the stench out

I used Finish tablets for years before they became unavailable. "What's the harm?" I thought to myself when deciding to purchase these. Plenty as it turned out!!!! My kitchen, my hands, my dishwasher and my dishes and glassware REEK of a fake citrus chemical odor. My hand is breaking out where I touched it. I am now on the second rinse cycle trying to get rid of the stench.

Powerful, irritating odor

I have been a happy user of the “classic” tablets for many years. Now they are very hard to buy. I bough these instead, and I’ve been appalled by the heavy scent that’s been added. Even when I open the container, there’s a waft of weird, chemical smelling. “Citrus.” I decided to use tongs to avoid skin irritation and thought it would be ok. Now that I’ve used them, I find that I have to use an extra rinse cycle to get the horrible odor out of my dishes, particularly plastic storage containers...

Do NOT Buy

Use Ultimate or Quantum only. This does not dissolve well. Leaves soap caked in the dispenser and the plastic pod balled up in the dishwasher. NEVER had this problem with Quantum or Ultimate. Will clean dishes for you but then you have to clean up all the residue from the dishwasher.

My plastics taste like soap and I cannot get it of

Have used finish for many , many years. Enjoyed the hard cubes with power ball. Our local grocery now carries this quantum with power all has ruined all of my plastic storage lids and cups. I’ve tried everything but they all taste like soap now . I’m going to have to repurchase hundreds of dollars in Pyrex and coffee go mugs. Disappointed and sad to lose some of my favorite things.

Leaves residue

Product is not great. It leaves a white film on my pans and bowls no matter what settings I employ on my dishwasher. I've done hot, not hot, long, short, rinse cycle, dry cycle and ever other combination possible and it still leaves a thick white detergent film on my dishes. Will not be buying again and strongly recommend others to avoid this product.

Too much scent!

I have been using Finish since I purchased dishwasher 12 years ago. (Manufacturer recommended it!) There must have been a recent change to the formula because now everything comes out smelling and tasting like soap. I had been happy with product up until now however I am searching for another brand.

what happend to the original Finish Power?

I have used the original Finish power tablets, individually wrapped in the foil wrap for 11 years. Apparently they are no longer manufactured. This new version in the dissolvable plastic is garbage. Sometimes they dissolve, sometimes they don't. It is NOT my dishwasher, I keep the filters clean, the water temperature is where it should be. This is a product failure issue. Leaves a Bad Taste

Finish Power leaves a horrible scent and taste behind. I had to rewash all of my dishes by hand. I tried adjusting water temperature and it had no effect. The smell lingered in my dishwasher for several days even after switching back to Finish Classic.

Something has changed…Fragrance is overwhelming

What have you done to my favorite dishwasher pods?!? I’ve used these faithfully for 8 years and now I can’t stand the smell. It clings to everything: plastic, glass, porcelain, and metal and everything smells and tastes “like perfume”. Strong scent, wrap terrible for plumbing.

Heavy scent on dishware. Please go back to original powerball i used for yrs without heavy scent and without cling wrap on each piece which is terrible for plumbing.

Micro Plastics

I ordered these last week thinking they were wrapped in foil like my last batch, but each tablet is plastic wrapped. I did a bit of research and found that the plastic wraps dissolve in the dishwasherand end up as micro plastics that adbversely affect the water supply. Thus, I will be returning them tomorrow and seeking an alternative.

Want solid tablets back!

You changed the classic tabs to these gel plastic things like Cascade now and they don’t dissolve all the way. I found a little undissolved plastic ball in the soap compartment this time and immediately threw them all away. I have switched to liquid until I find something better. Please bring the hard tabs back! And without the plastic covers.
