Dangerous design resulting in bird injury and deat
Good camera, HORRIBLE feeder. Bought one for my mother-in-law and one for myself. The seed would not dispense from either feeder. My mother-in-law had a small finch try to climb up into the feeder to get to the seed and the seed let loose and buried the finch. My husband modified my feeder so that the feed would dispense; however, I had a blackbird get it's foot caught between the retractable perch and the feeder. It's leg was broken and badly damaged. This is not a safe product for birds.

Leaks!
I bought this hummingbird feeder for my wife for Christmas last year (2025) and just put it up two days ago for the arrival of hummingbirds. Solar panels charge the battery fine and camera works fine. . . . . but the two piece base leaks like a sieve. It will not hold fluid and drains quickly.

Great but. . . a few drawbacks
I love this device, but you must position it in just the right way or you will receive a million photos of cars driving by, flags blowing, people walking by, or bushes moving around.

Awesome shots!
I own two FeatherSnap feeders and I must say, they are fantastic! I love seeing the images and videos of my bird visitors. I definitely am considering purchasing a third one for more viewing pleasure. Really easy maintenance as well.

Ads on every click. Super slow connection even on high speed Internet. Hard to navigate. Just awful!

Gets water on the camera
Pics are meh, got water on the lens, hard to get the camera out of the feeder to dry out, strap suspension device is lame and binding on the tree. Can't hang it cause any wind would cause it to fire the camera, don't put it by the street, catches every car that drives by, expensive experiment in disappointing photography

Nice feeder - 1 minor issue
We received this as a gift and it’s been in use for a few weeks now. The birds took right to it. I do have to say that this feeder is well constructed. The only issue I see so far is that the bird food doesn’t want to automatically feed down into the trays. Not sure if it’s the type of seed I’m using or a design flaw. I’ll have to try some that doesn’t contain as much sunflower seed.

So much fun, in such a little App!! Love all the fun new things I learn being a total Bird Nerd!! I grew up with Pet Birds and have always had a love for Birds!! I enjoy the games and network aspect of this as well in my downtime fun to connect w/ my fellow Bird lovers and learn all at the same time <3

Great in Winter
We just installed our feeder last week, and while it took us a while to figure out how to connect it to our wi-fi, it is going great. My wife now spends more time on it than on Ig! Very entertaining and informative for us both.

Squirrel issue
Camera and Feeder are great. Attachment to tree/stand stand is so-so. There is no squirrel guard on the stand attachment and you can't hang the feeder (otherwise 5 stars). Within weeks, the squirrels had chewed thru the plastic on the feeder. We wound up moving the feeder and fabricating an attachment for a pole feeder setup and added a squirrel guard. Now it works better. Caught the squirrel problem just in time.

Seed feeder
I got the feeder and all of its own parts. I got it hung up outside on a 4x4x8 post. The only thing I am having trouble with is connecting with you your server and getting my password set. Thank you.

Love it!!
My mom absolutely loves this. She cast it to het=r TV so she can watch it on a big screee. We have it mounted and turned so she can also see the bird bath and watch birds in it as well.

Got this feeder as a gift so didn’t have any specific expectation of functions prior to set up, but needing a subscription to access videos is a poor customer experience.
