It looks great and works so well - not only that our first 2 are 8 years old , are used summer and winter - and run beautifully . They stopped recently , we called and a freindly technician answered the phone and talked us through how one set the remote to fix the issue . We had No hesitation in buying more ! Excellent product and quality !

Would Not RecommendThis is my second of this fan, I like the fan but the first one only lasted about 4 years. Also fanimation customer service is nonexistent. I left multiple messages and emails with no response. The new fan went in fine and is working great.

Would Not RecommendNever buy it. Make horrible noise when you turn it on (speed 2 and 3). Doesn't have a summer mode. It has only winter mode! The manufacturer doesn't have a phone to call. AND they experience a high valume complains and can't reply fast. This product DOES look like cheap garbage. My teenage son bought it. I would never touch it myself for THAT kind of money. You can see that it is a cheap junk even looking at the box.

Would RecommendI love this fan the only issue I have is the battery went dead in the remote. I replaced the battery, but the fan will not work now. Saw where you have to take the cap off to the fan and fix the receiver setting. To work remotely again.
