Would Not RecommendThe fridge/freezer combo says that it is counter depth, but it is not! It requires a 27 inch cabinet which I do not have. Mine is the standard 24 inch cabinet. We decided to keep the product and make modifications to the cabinet to make it fit. This took a lot of extra time, and luckily, my husband is a skilled carpenter, so he was able to make it look good. Unfortunately, it sticks out 6 inches past my counter, which is not the look I was after, so definitely disappointed and not happy abo...

Would Not RecommendI purchased this high end no frill fridge thinking, spend more and have it last. Boy was I wrong. 2 years after it was installed it died. I contacted customer service and they reported no local technicians, and out of warranty. Learn from my crappy experience.

I've had this fridge for about a month. After reading many reviews, these fridges may encounter problems after a couple months of use (which is unfortunate). The trim kit is extremely complex to install, it required us to hire a contractor.

Great fridge - install a bit difficult
Install was not super clear on the trim mounting bracket it took me a minute to figure out how it worked. Then the bottom louvier that goes over trim was shorter than the angles ot was supposed to screw into so i had the bend the angles back to fit. One of the welds broke when bending. Angles were also too short to go over louvier and again instrictions werent super clear but i figure it would look bad if it was on outside of louvier.

Would Not RecommendThese units are cheap for a reason. The instructions are incomplete and actually contradict themselves. The measurements for the cabinet aren't even square, being 1/2" different from top to bottom. The company seems to be incompetent, aloof, and in general does not care about their customer. I had tremendous issues with the units and the trim kit not made properly or to their own specifications. Their response was basically that they don't care. I am taking all of this back to Lowes for a refund...

Looks impressive and they work well so far. Lots of space to store. I would only suggest getting some sort of plastic trays for yourself to organize. If you're not used to not having drawers in your fridge, this may take a moment to get used to. Also the door shelves are a little bit narrower than I am used to but i got adjusted to it quickly.
