This dishwasher is not working after the hookup is completed. I called Southeast Steele, who told me to call Nicholson Appliance Services, they told me to call FERNO and they will dispatch a work order to them. My Southeast Steele invoice Order #: 203443. The dishwasher problem is the top came sunken that prevent the top tray from pulling out, both side of the door comes with damages and only the first light is displayed then shutoff. Arrived damaged
I inspected the unit upon delivery and confirmed no damage outside. However, during installation, after removing the toe kick as part of the installation, I noticed some panels underneath that were cracked. It didn't seem to affect functionality, so I kept going. The final step was to remove all packing materials inside, and upon doing so, I noticed that the top rack had a wheel that was completely bent, not allowing for proper functionality.
