Bent axle

This is a nice looking and functional box however the axle bar was bent when I received it, it really bummed me out as the wheel would rub the box and become wedged and stop turning. I was able to remove the axle and bend somewhat straight with a hammer, not sure if it will have issues down the road. One common flaw

Just like a bunch of other reviews the Trolley handle was snapped when I got it. Extremely hard to find where to order a new handle in Canada online . Part number 2850256001

Fantastic product with one recommendation

Exactly what I was looking for. Durable, easy to move around, and simple to use. My only 'wish' would be the ability to change the case that's attached to the wheels. Adding other stacks on top of this case that opens from the top requires me to remove whatever is on top just to open the case on the bottom (and with the tools I have inside, it's quite a task to remove the stacks on top). Other than that, it's great!

Weak plastic handle

Owned for 6 months and the Handle broke off. I wish I knew what happened. It was fine on Friday when I left work. On Monday morning it came off in my hand. It didn't make any noise. It's all plastic.

The handle arrived completely snapped off!!

My handle came in broken. After wading so many reviews and seeing that some people where having the same issue I thought it might not happen to me so I went ahead and got one I thought it would be perfect to help roll around my other flex stack packs. But to my surprise when I opened the box what do you know the handle was completely snapped off.

Great boxes for detailing

I love these boxes! I bought the rolling box, medium box and the crate then went back a week later and got another medium and another crate. After 6 months of daily use, they still look and operate as new. One question if anyone can answer- in the back of the rolling box, what are the 2 black tabs that have a picture of a pad lock on them??

You use FEDEX, you lose business

Delivery was supposed to be today. On the truck with FEDEX and not delivered as stated on the status. You keep using these people, you’re gonna lose a ton of business!
