Floor Model/No Manaul

Love the fireplace. Only problem we bought the floor model. There was no manual to know how the fireplace works. I tried googling the name, brand etc. Found web site but no help in getting instructions. Also the remote control is not the one for that fireplace. No info on how to purchase the correct remote.

Do Not Purchase!

Purchased this device. Device will NOT connect to wifi. Outside the box says wifi connection. Then you find out you have to have 2.4G network wifi instead of 5G which has been pretty much standard for a few years now. Even if you set your dual band wifi router to only work on only 2.4G it still will not connect. On top of that. When you you use the remote the device likes to shut off randomly. Sometimes right after you turn it on and are trying to set either the time or the temperature. Then you...

Instructions lacking

The directions say 30 min... took anout 1 hour 40 min. Missing steps like put on door handles before attached, and make sire magnets are facing out. Still works. App does not offer more choices for fire options. Still looks pretty and serves its purpose. Heating a room is slow but noticeable when uou leave the room.

Febo Flame

I like the fire place, but the screws that are holding the shelves are poorly supporting the shelves. Now I have to purchase more screws to hold up the shelves properly. The fire place does keep the living room nice warm & it’s very nice additional furniture to the living room.

Looks nice 65 inch tv sets on just fine. Looks great with my brown laminate flooring and my other furniture.Very sturdy

Limited Performance

Purchased this unit to supplement heat in a cold den area. thought the cabinet looked good and matched the decor of my room. The build directions were horrific. Several errors on part identification. Once the cabinet built it became obvious that you cannot lift the unit without the top pulling loose. Poor design, no structural strength to keep the unit together. Worked Once- Company out of business

I purchased this for Christmas. It looks great! However it worked ONE time. It would turn off after one second. I called them company and both phone numbers were disconnected. I emailed the company and the email came back that it didn’t exist any longer. I think the company went out of business. Their website is still up. So I submitted feedback on there on the product. Insert is junk and Febo customer service terrible

If you are looking for a solid piece of furniture and don't really care about the insert then this is the piece for you. The insert is garbage, hasn't worked correctly since the day we purchased it in October. It never stayed on for the designated amount of time and recently it started shutting off as soon as it was turned on. Frustrated

The mantel is nice but the heater will not work and I bought it for the heater. Keeps blinking error E1. The phone numbers in the manual are disconnected and I cannot find a contact info for Febo online either. I'm so frustrated with this thing I don't know what to do!

Really Nice!

This fireplace/Cabinet is a great addition to the living room. It is made of quality parts, provides a nice fire look and heats well. It took a bit of work to get it assembled but was worth it. We would definitely recommend this to others!

Pretty but does not heat well

I just bought this fireplace two days ago. First, it takes way more than 30 minutes to assemble. It is a beautiful piece of furniture, but this fireplace does not heat the room at all. It claims to heat 1000 square feet, but I doubt it even heats 100 feet. When sitting 6 feet directly in front of it, you feel ZERO HEAT. You have to literally stand 6-18 inches in front of it to feel any heat at all. I have had tiny space heaters which warm a room better. Maybe we got a lemon. I regret this purch...
