Would RecommendGood value and readily available. The instructions rely too heavily on graphics. More text would be helpful and explain the nuances of the assembly. Getting the center divider to lock in place is an ongoing challenge as the divider is very slim. It took me 90 minutes to assemble the composter. Also, owners should be encouraged to assemble the composter outdoors, as it’ll won’t fit through most doorways once assembled.

Would Not RecommendAssembly is a challenge that is best done with 2 people. Lots of locking nuts and short screws to install in awkward positions. Screws have philip head and flat head slots in the screw head making it difficult to reach with socket driver and screw driver at the same time. Hex heads on screws would have been more convenient.

Instructions are vague
The predrilled holes on the 2 plastic end pieces ,some were in the wrong places.I did not wont to hassell with a return so I drilled 4 holes to make it fit right.Lowes probably should'nt carry this item.

Would Not RecommendThe worst part is that the sliding component doesn’t have a lock. It slides right out (there is no break to prevent it from falling out) and a raccoon or animal could easily figure out how to open. Putting together this was easy about an hour with a graduated wrench and screw driver. Other than that, this composter is very small and the holes could easily let shredded paper and other things out.
