Horrible Eureka Customer Service!

My vacuum stopped working within a year of purchase. Called @eureka customer service and they refused to help.

Good stick vacuum

So far the vacuum works good. We use it for cleaning around the litter box and other tile surfaces. It picks up pretty well, no complaints. The battery is good for our use, we charge every few days. My only complaint is the removal of the debris container. It has a button to unlatch the top of the cup but the bottom hinges with another latch that is only spring loaded. No button to unlatch. This makes it difficult to remove the debris bin without force or dropping it. Dumping collected ...

Works great for quick cleanups. I've only had it a couple of weeks so can't really say how long the battery will hold up. Vacuumed most of the hard surfaces in my house on one charge with no problem. Wall mounted holder doesn't have place for the two accessories included.

Powerful light weight

this item is light in weight but strong in pick up power. I find it convenient to pick up small mess. the battery is long lasting, I used it all through my house.

Empty the canister after every use

Light weight. Easy to carry around. Good for price. Wish it came with a wide dust brush for wooden floors ( one of these sticks do). Not very powerful, but great for quick clean ups and dust. Motor holds up well, this is our second one (first one the hose of the roller brush broke (sadly design makes it to not repairable), so we use it as a handheld /car vacuum now and purchased a second one.
