Have drilled over twenty holes through a foot or more of ice in one day with no battery problems. Would definitely recommend purchasing this product

Not As Advertised.
Would Not RecommendDoes not cut as many holes on one battery as advertised. After 10 inches of ice, needed to carry a 2nd battery around. Strikemaster 40V kicks this one's a#$ all day and night.

Would RecommendI love this thing! The season has come and gone, so I got quite a bit of us out of this. I have no complaints about the auger or battery life. It cuts clean and fast, weighs half of my gas auger, and I got two batteries, but I never even come close to needing the second one. Plus, no hard starts at the beginning of the day or after it sets for a while. The longest day I fished, hole hopping most of the day, I still had 2 bars of battery life on the first battery.
