Terrible product, terrible customer service, please do not buy it, it is a piece of junk, did not last for 12 months, they keep hanging up on us till warranty expired, there no warranty, it is a joke

Doesn't power on

Was looking forward to running the all in one. Had it installed and plugged it in, hmmmm, no power!! Checked the outlet and at other outlets, still no power. Now I can't get help for this!!!

2 in 1 washer dryer

I bought this for my daughter and she says it works perfect for her small apartment

Capacity of drum , but can be worked around as can drying times. Once both are adapted it is a great addition

Works great!

We love our combo W/D. It fit perfectly in our camper main bedroom closet. Gets items clean and dries quite well. It’s a great convenience.

Great for RV usage

I bought this for an RV that we are staying in for extended time. It has been a blessing. Works fantastic (and with a 4 year old child, runs often) and has been error free. Clothes are clean and cycle times are very reasonable.

The washer part is working fine. I only had it for like two months. The dryer takes a little longer, but it works great.

Enjoying it

Things are going very well with our new washer/dryer combo. The capacity is much larger than I thought, I just load it and forget it for about 2 hours and my clothes are dry! It fits perfectly in the cabinet in our RV

Overall Very Happy

Used our Equator washer/dryer combo for the first time this camping trip and have done 5-6 loads of laundry. Works as expected and very quiet. Laundry didn't come out as dry as I liked the 1st couple of times so I set the dry level at "extra" and that worked great. Currently using ventless but need to keep laundry closet door open as there is quite a bit of moisture buildup otherwise even with a vent in the door. May switch to vented at some point. Overall very happy with this appliance.

Excellent package deal

Bought this item back on February. So far, so good. Everything is working fine and it's nice not having to transfer wet clothes to a separate dryer.

Wheelchair accessible access

I bought this a few months ago so that my son who uses a wheelchair could do his own laundry. Our main laundry room is in the basement. This was a cost effective way to give my son the independence he needs. The Equator machine door swings open a full 180°, which was the primary deciding factor for us. We have been very happy with the ease of use. I highly recommend this machine!

Bought it for my elderly mother. She hated it. Used about three times now I am stuck trying to get rid of it. It works fine but she didn’t like.

Pleased

I am very pleased with my new all-in-one washer/dryer. It’s different from my previous unit but I like it a lot more. The spin cycle is great. Makes drying time faster.

Great Machinery

Very reliable but may have to dry a couple of times for heavy duty things such as towels.
