Love it , I have previously had a similar washer by the same manufacturer and it matches my dryer.

So impressed

I absolutely love this washer. So quiet and easy to use. Although it’s listed as medium capacity, it seems like large to me. King bedspread washes without a single problem. I’m very pleased!

Do not buy from Lowe’s!

After 5 rescheduled deliveries and 1 complete no show I decided to pay a tiny bit more and bought from a local company with next day delivery. I wish I did this first! One month without a washer!

Horrible Customer Service From Electrolux

I purchased this dryer from Lowes two months ago and unfortunately did not run it within the 48 hour return period. Right away the dryer began malfunctioning--drum light turning on randomly, dryer pausing for no reason, no heat on auto dry, control panel turning on by itself. Since I had already missed Lowes' return window I reached out to Electrolux to see if they would give me a return authorization since the dryer was brand new and never worked properly. Purchased multiple Frigidaire/Electrolux appliances for our new home and have had issues with almost all of them. The dryer only worked for a week before it started have problems with the electronics. The repairman order parts, however they did not resolve the problem so they are now ordering more parts. What a waste of time and money. Frigidaire & Electrolux are poorly made and their customer service isn't much better.

Socks/sm items get stuck in gasket

I liked this except socks and small items get stuck continually throughout the cycle in the gasket. Those items don't get cleaned, or spun out. You have a wet mess on your hands at the end of cycle. I don't have time to stand over the machine and stop and reposition items that are getting stuck in the gasket. I shouldn't have to do this. I also should not have to use garment bags for every small item! Nice machine, but, very poorly designed gasket. It's going back immedia

Washer

I bought this washer for a new build. It delivered without any issue. Installation and set up was done by the contractors. It looks great in the laundry room. I bought Electrolux for the dependability and really hope that’s the case.
