Mediocre Wash- Worse RINSE

Soap stays, even after several wash cycles without soap..using vinegar as well. No blockages, use very little soap, always double rinse, never overfill the loads. Been this way since day one. Mold & Mildew Mess

I have been loving this washer until I recently noticed there was mold and mildrew building up inside of the rubber gasket. I would have to completely remove and disconnect the gasket to reach the areas this is building up. I wipe it down regularly (what you can reach without taking it apart), leave the door open all the time, run a cleaner though the machine monthly and this still happened just 18 months after purchasing. Poor quality with both washer and dryer

I purchased my washer 3 years ago - and dryer 3.5 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with both appliances. The rollers on the dryer failed after 1 year and I have replaced them each year - total of 3 replacements. They have again failed, but I will not repair again. The washer also started having buildup in the rubber gasket after 1 year of normal use. I live in a very dry climate, but always leave the door open to ensure that residual moisture can evaporate. Drum fell during spin

After washing 4 lightweight blankets the drum went into a violent spin and the boot gasket looked ruined. Out of warranty I ordered a new boot gasket. Upon opening the washer I discovered the left suspension spring had broken and the rear shock absorbers were NOT ATTACHED TO THE DRUM! They look to have never been attached. Excellent washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this beautiful to look at, it does an excellent job cleaning the clothes, no matter how dirty they are. I love the special settings too. My grandson had a nosebleed in the middle of the night, so I washed all the bedding with the “blood” stain setting, and everything came out completely clean! I was impressed! The machine is nice and quiet as well. I’m very happy with this washer.

Good washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first front load washer. Have had it for a couple weeks. It’s pretty nice. Wish I could regulate the wash times a little more freely. Spin cycle really shakes the house, but clothes come out almost dry.

Superior to our older models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my old Electrolux washing machine was good, this new one is superior! We bought the old one in 2010 and got the new one in 2021 only because we moved. But I'm so glad to have the new one. It cleans the best that I have ever used or seen. I think the premixing of the detergent is the key and I absolutely love it!

Only twice where it did not do its job - still don't know why..once it didn't ring it the water and the other it didn't spin the whole cycle. The only thing I can't stand about this washer is the sound it makes when the load is done. Very annoying and will not stop until, it seems, forever!
