Would RecommendI have a small kitchen, so I got this 18-inch dishwasher. It's been working well since install last year
Don't even consider it!
Would Not RecommendPurchased first unit last year. $150m installation fee. Water pump error within first six months. Still under 12 month warranty. Mfg. replaced. Second unit installed, $150 installation fee, water pump failed again in first six months. Lowes extra warranty kicked in, but instead of repairing, they wanted to replace. Managed to get my initial purchase price back, but we will be adding another $150m charge to install my next dishwasher, a Frigidaire, I will have paid $450 total on installation fees...
Still works perfectly 3 years after purchase
Would RecommendWe've had no problems with this dishwasher. Works perfectly for household of two. LOVE the size. Anything bigger wouldn't match our needs. Sleek hardware and buttons make it easy to keep the front clean. I would buy this again. Highly recommend.

Buy the Maytag!
Would Not RecommendControl panel shut down at 6 months. Lowes said not their problem, call mfg. Mfg sent another unit, but I am paying for second installation, and they expect the first one back. No idea how long this one will last. I only use it once every 6 or 7 days. My recommendation is to get the Maytag, and don't buy from Lowes.

Cheaper than others but good
Would RecommendGood dishwasher and price. The first cycle seems maybe just a little loud but it cleans well and does the job. At this price point compared to other 18 inch dishwashers, it’s pretty darn good. You probably should know a bit about installation before you get it because it only comes with the bare basics for install but it’s possible with what’s provided. It looks good and holds more than you would think for the size. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more cheap option. Definite...

The Dreaded E4 Code
Would Not RecommendWe received this product quickly and hired a local plumber to install. Three minutes into the first cycle, the unit quit and the dreaded E4 code appeared. I contacted the manufacturer and was told they would not have a sensor for repair until September, so thankfully they sent a replacement- however they will not cover installation. $$$ What a mess, do not buy!
The digital readout never goes out. Stays lit.
Would RecommendThe product seems to work fine. I've only used it once. It's pretty and functions like a dishwasher should. I don't like that the digital display never goes away. It's always lit. At night it functions as a night light in the kitchen.

E4 Error = Red Ring of Death
Would Not RecommendI purchased this Mid-May 2023, and it is now Feb 2025 and I'm receiving the dreaded E4 error. There is no leakage anywhere, I have cleaned out the drain pipe and looked around at everything. It seems there is a water pump issue. DO NOT BUY.
