Great Product Until it Breaks

This Ego fan worked great for about a year. It stopped working all of the sudden and I sent it in for repair back in September 2025. It is currently January 2026 and the fan is still in the shop. According to the shop, Ego used to replace these fans but they don't anymore. Horrible service, Ego!

Ego 18” Fan

We use this battery powered fan around the pool when we have dinner outside and at pickleball to stay cool. It works great and is easy to wheel around.

Temperatures did not drop as suggested.

Did not run as long as advertised

Excellent Product

Excellent. Works great and runs a long time on a battery charge. I did not like the fact that the batteries and charger were sold separately.

Battery runs forever and the mist makes it perfect. Would recommend.

Overall very happy with this purchase

Overall the fan is awesome. It's been a hit at soccer games, backyard parties, local music festivals, etc. The battery runtime is great and will far outlast the five gallon bucket of water we use for misting. The fan is very easy to set up and I receive compliments everywhere we go. My biggest issue with the fan is that while it does have wheels to "tow" it to wherever you want to use it, the wheelbase is too narrow for the tall body and it wobbles and sways all over the place. Fan mist and suction system not working

I bought this fan 1 year ago. I used it twice last summer of 2024. After attempting to use it again. The fan was not able to blow out the mist after noticing that the water suction tube did not work.

Powerful Fan

Our AC went out on the 4th of July and we purchased this fan and portable AC unit. Setup this fan to push air into the rest of the house. Surprisingly I woke up and this fan was still running. The battery lasted all night. Easy setup less than 5 minutes. I am looking forward to setting this up next to the pool with the misting option on.

Great portable fan

I have only used them inside so far, so I haven't tried the mister function. They cool well, and I'm getting around 25 hours before recharging or replacing batteries (that's at fan speed 3 out of 5).
