Works great until it doesn’t

I love the mounting system and attachments and at first was very impressed with suction. After 5-6 months battery life was very poor and one of the attachment points broke. After another few months the battery died completely. Not built to last more than a year.

I absolutely love my Dyson Absolute Cordless Vac... the best purchase I've made in years on a household item. Dyson v6 absolute

No more than two hours of use and the battery needs to be replaced. That’s another $50.. I paid $286

Stopped working last week

worked great for less than a year, and then it just stopped working. I expected more from Dyson

Excellent, but could use improvement.

This Dyson is great at picking up dirt, dog hair, etc. It is also very versatile, and can get in places others can't. We are using it all over the house. However, there are a few problems. The dust cup fills up very quickly, and nearly always requires taking it off completely (instead of just emptying it) to clean it right. Putting it back on is often tricky. Also, the trigger switch that turns the vacuum on is way too touchy. The running time is not that long, but we seem to still be abl...

Powerful Vacuum

This vacuum is very light and powerful. It is a great substitute for a home that is 1,200 sq ft or less. Plenty of run time for every other day cleaning even with a 100 lb shedding dog. Would highly recommend the dyson handheld line of vacuums.

battery didn’t last long

I had this vacuum for 3 months and Battery quit working, now I dont know if Lowes will take it back? It should jave lasted longer then 3 monthes. My opinion.

Great Cordless vacuum

First time Dyson user. I’m very impressed by the build quality. Works great on carpets, strong suction especially with the max feature. Battery is good enough to quickly vacuum 1800 square feet. However, the trash bin should be redesigned. Overall, it’s highly recommended for anyone looking for an entry level Dyson product.

battery dies within 15 seconds after full charge

I have a Dyson stick vacuum, with no problems for 3 years, I know how to charge, clean, maintain, etc. I use this on the 2nd floor. But this Dyson V6 Absolute worked well 4 times - each time the battery lasted for about 15 minutes, as expected (a little less than expected, but reasonable). The 5th time - battery died in less than 15 seconds. Checked the charger, blue LED, and let it charge overnight - several nights. Dies again in 15 seconds. It's going back to Lowes.

Best purchase I have made for cleaning products!

I love it! It’s been great, I use it everyday, I love the fact that it’s cordless and light weight! It cleans thoroughly and it’s so easy to put together. I want another one !

Best for short use
