Happy with my new Dyson. No complaints so far. It does the job and thensome

Not worth the money

Already having problems with suction and an intermittent noise. Battery also does not last long.

Poor cx service

They did honor the exchange of the main body the machine came detective explain the problem and did honor the exchange of the main body really disapointed they made just waist my time

Miffed that I had to clean filter after only 2 hrs

The use was in a room with carpet that was maintained and vacuumed on regular basis Hope going forth I get more time between use. If don't will be returning product

Best Vacuum I have ever owned

Superb cleaning power and convenience. I will NEVER own anything but a Dyson now that I have experienced this. The only downside is the trigger needs a lock on position for vacuuming the whole house. I sometimes get a blister from holding it down. (Luxury problem).

Light and easy to use

3rd Dyson, first cordless. Love the ease of use, recharges with no problem. Love the attachments. Wish the dust bin was just a bit bigger as we have two dogs and have to empty it at least 3 times during a vacuum session.

V11-Best Vacuum I have ever owned

V11 Vacuum I Purchased this model in April because cause of several recommendations from friends. We looked into several models & the V11 was the best one for us for the money. It out performs expectations , is versatile, efficient, easy to use & picks up more dirt than any machine I have ever owned.

Great for furry friends

I am always amazed at how much dog hair and dirt is picked up when I use this vacuum. It is fast and fun to use. My house is barefoot ready with this baby. I absolutely love it. Bessie too!

Love all the bells and whistles

I just purchased new carpet and wanted a new vacuum cleaner to help maintain the quality of the carpet. So glad I did love that it is cord free seems like less time to get that chore done

Not too happy

I do not like that you have to lean the vacuum against something so it does not fall. Also, I do not like that you have to hold the switch the whole time. It should have a lock so your hand does not get tired

Better upgrade

I own a V10 & a V11. This is my second V11 purchased for downstairs. Better suction and features on the v11’s. So far so good. Works well.

Wonderful Vacuum

I absolutely love my new Dyson V11! ❤️ works great on all floor surfaces and gets all of my hair and my dogs hair up. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Good, not perfect.

The dust bin fills up fast and then starts to overflow in the top of the bin. Somehow that makes a bit of a mess trying to clean it out.

New definition of clean

Love this machine! Cleaning power is awesome, easy to empty and battery life is great.

Fun to use

I have the new type of luxury vinyl floors that need to be swept or vacuumed almost every day. The Dyson V11 makes it easy to vacuum the entire house in just a few minutes. All the features make it easy and the power is more than efficient. Hope it last many years.

Unbelievable action

It is astonishing to me how much ugly stuff is coming up from my carpet with this stick vacuum. I love it.

Missing a convenience

We purchased this vacuum after having money from another company that did not last long. We saw great reviews for Dyson and decided to try it. It works great going from hard floor to carpet and the different modes you can use to save your battery, however, having to keep the trigger depressed at all times, and that there is not a way to just turn it on and run. It is very inconvenient and tiring for our hands.
