I was getting the generator ready for the projected winter cold storm and discovered the propane two-stage pressure regulator was leaking. A call to Duromax support about this problem and the tech was quick to follow up with a warranty replacement regulator.

Saves us every time!

It's comforting to know that my Duromax 15,000 watt generator can handle all of our needs ( furnace /AC, lights, fridge/ deep freezer, etc...) during power outages. It's also comforting to know that I can use different fuels if I'm unprepared with just gasoline. My only complaint would be to have an oil filter but, definitely Not a deal breaker. A word of advice: maintain the battery with a trickle charger device and your Duromax generator will be ready when you and your family need it most,...

Works as it should

Prepping to move in a few years so we went with a portable generator and wired the house for 50Amp cord. Researched several different generators and went with Duromax. We’ve actually had to use it a few times already and works great each time. Fires right up and will run essentials, including AC. NO COMPLAINTS!!

6 Year Review

I purchased this 15,000 Watt unit in December 2019 to provide backup power to my rural WV home. It has worked perfect every time we had a power outage. I have only had to change the oil / oil filter and replace the battery once in 6 years. It is connected to my homes 1000 gallon LP tank. My next generator will be a Duromax Inverter model.

Great for sudden emergencies!

This supplies electric to my mobile home during power outages and will handle not only supply lights/TV, etc... it also supplies the heat /AC unit!

The XP15000EH has been just what I needed

I bought this unit 3 years ago, I have had zero issues with it, other than keeping the battery up. That was an easy fix, I installed a solar battery trickle charger, now it fires right up everytime I need it. I live pretty deep in the country and the power supply is questionable during storms so this was a must have. It's the best purchase I've made. Pretty much powers the whole house minus the microwave. This is my 2nd DuroMax not because the first one was bad 12000EH,oh it was great and did my whole house, However I wanted a bit more run time and some EXTRA Juice for my house. Living in Houston Texas and the way our power company gets us back up running is a (joke). I bought the dual-fuel DuroMax XP15000EH two years ago in anticipation of a storm on the Texas Gulf Coast. I had an electrician connect a plug into my breaker box, including the safety slide on the Main/Gen. breakers. Prior to the Hurricane I test ran it three times for a total of approx. 1.5hrs. (Prpoane only) Hurricane Beryl came onshore and I was prepared. This generator worked Great! We ran for three days with No Problems! (I did shut it down twice to change the oil) Thanks Again!

Seems decent so far

Just got it, and other then the gas fuel cut off switch being labeled in a very confusing manner we had no problems. Just add On and Off to the proper switch positions.

Amazing and Reliable Generator

This is a great generator that allows us to run everything off of it- 3,000SF home and pool pumps. It has been consistently reliable!

Powerful Generator

Had the XP15000EH dual fuel generator connected to my house through a transfer switch and kicked on our central air system and the generator never missed a beat when the AC kicked in and cycled several times. Even ran the washer machine, microwave and wife's hair blower/dryer and the generator still never missed a beat, along with all power outlets and lights powered as well as a window AC and freezer in my shop as well. Very well pleased with it's power.

Very well built and engineered

Purchased this beast a few weeks ago to provide backup during hurricane season. Setup all went together easily, once I received it and figured out how I wanted to connect it to my 100 gallon propane bottle. It started up right off, runs smoothly, and is not very loud. Eases my mind to have this if/when we lose power to hurricanes or other causes.
