Ratings & Reviews for DuroMax 10000 Starting / 8000 Running Watt Gas and Propane Portable Generator

Excellent Product

I've owned a 10,000 Watt Duel Fuel Generator for more than a year. Excellent product.

Not only features but also Customer Support

I bought this generator a little over 3 years ago only focused on the features of the unit. Now I am a believer that you should also consider the company and the customer support behind the product. My experience with Customer Support at DuroMax has been wonderful, even after the expiration of the warranty.

Easy installation

Easy installation, works as it should. Con, they ship on a full size truck so make sure you have it delivered where they can get a 53 ft trailer.

I’m thinking of getting this size

Am just wondering what size propane n ended for this generator I’m interested in

GREAT GENERATOR

I PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR 6 YEARS AGO AND HAVE USED IT AT MY PROPERTY FOR THE FIRST 4 YEARS, IT HAS RUN FOR DAYS AND ONLY STOPPED TO ADD GAS TO IT. YOU CAN NOT FIND A BETTER GENERATOR THEN THIS! I WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE IF THIS THING EVER COMPLETELY GIVES OUT. I HAVE DONE SEVERAL OIL CHANGES ON IT AND IT IS ON ITS 3RD SPARK PLUG AND USUALLY STARTS ON THE SECOND TRY.

Great

It is perfect for what we need and then some. It runs great and is quieter than most other brands. It came much quicker than we expected which was a huge plus. Highly recommend

The satisfaction of knowing this company stands behind it product is just amazing to me. Dealing with the customer service director Jose Gallegos was very satisfying.

Bought the XP 10,000EH as a backup generator for my XP 12,000EH. Am impressed with DuroMax engineering. Especially copper windings being used. Live in an area that is rural, and will supply fuel from a 330 gallon propane tank with a short run to the generator through some 3/4 inch hose. At a time when Regular gasoline 87 octane fuel is a threatened commodity that is rising in price I have chose to operate with propane. Storing gasoline becomes a problem if stored over 3 years even if you ar...
