Great faucet

Works great just like I expect. My wife and I have touch faucets in the house for some time. This faucet was a replacement to the original one which my mother-in-law broke by hitting it with cooking spoons, spatulas and even a frying pan. It lasted even though damaged. The fun part that my wife and I both laugh at is we are so use to the touch faucet that when are at someone's house that does not have them we still try to turn the faucet off by touching it (we're spoiled). Beautiful faucet from a name you can trust!

It feels solid and sturdy, and the handle turns on and off super smoothly. The pull-down sprayer works great, and installation was easy- my husband had no trouble at all. Definitely recommend!

Rusted

Rusted at the magnetic connector. We have had this for less than 3 years and the part that magnetically holds the hose in place has rusted and caused it to fail.

Is your wifi signal strong enough underneath sink?

Overall, it's an awesome faucet! It looks great! The touch and touch-less features work great! The VoiceIQ is not so great. The location of the faucet WiFi module is in a closed cabinet (underneath the sink). I think you almost need a wired router underneath for the signal to be strong enough. So, I don't know how well the VoiceIQ works.

It was quick and easy to install. The color was a bit more rose colored that gold that I was expecting. The quality of the packaging and the faucet itself is very nice and I can tell it’s going to hold up for a long time. It doesn’t come with a sink drain piece but other than that, I have no complaint...

Not so smart

What a miserable process it's been to try and get this faucet properly connected to the cloud. We have a household full ot IoT - litter box, cat feeder, light bulbs, appliances, fans, thermostats, garage doors, cameras, strip lights, and more - but this product alone refuses to connect and anything smart at all.

Delta pull down

The installation is clearly in the instructions. What I love is that it has a water flow and pull down handle. To spray water, cleaning is no problem. It does look very durable and I love the color.
