Nice looking faucet.

I just love the faucet. The only problem i have is that it needs to have power all the time for it to work. If i have known this i would have bought a different a model.

Love this faucet, the four minute on timer guarantees I’ll never overflow the sink. We bought the 120 volt power adapter instead of the batteries works great. The temperature indicator light lets you know temp of water before you put your hand under it. It is a beautiful faucet.

Great product until it didn't work!

We purchased this new 5 years ago and although it has worked reliably I believe the motherboard has gone past its life use. We have little to no water flow and instead of a green light at the base of the spout it is blue. Can I purchase an updated replacement motherboard that would be appropriate for this facet? Secondly out switch that turn from spray to is broken. can I replace the sprayer attachment or do I have to replace the entire facet?

Convenient -- if it works

We bought this fixture about 4-6 months ago. It is beautiful and worked well until about a month ago. Then unexpectedly the LED light started flashing multiple times when we turned it on/off. I thought perhaps the batteries were already fading but the manual said batteries would last for 2 years, but when it then stopped working after a couple of days I changed the batteries. Love this easy to use faucet!

I had this installed a week ago and I am spoiled by it already. I looked at motion sensor faucets but felt that I didn't have as much control on the on/off feature as I do with this one. Just an easy tap & it turns on or off without getting messy hands on it. The LED temperature light is a bonus for me!

Worked for awhile, now it drips

We purchased this faucet a little over 5 years ago when we had our house built. It used to work fine but now it drips unless it is completely shut off, which negates the touch feature. For the amount of money we spent, I expected this to last longer. Would not recommend.

Worked great for a month before it died.

I bought this model because of its looks and Touch technology. It was installed exactly one month ago. The touch technology started acting finicky when the spout end of the faucet stopped responding to touch. This base was responding for a short time then stopped as well. The faucet won't even respond to when the lever is pulled out, I can't get water at my kitchen sink! I troubleshooter by replacing the batteries and making sure all wires were securely connected. Water Flow Problems

This worked great for a few months then we had a problem with the touch on/off. Now after a couple of years the water flow dramatically stopped/slowed to a trickle. Cleaning the nozzle as recommended did not help. Cannot seem to figure out why this is happening. I suspect it is the electronics but have no way to confirm.

After 5 years it's not working well

I loved it for the first 4 years and now I regret the purchase. It's not working well. It's leaking so you have to completely shut it off which means you definitely can't use the touch feature. However, when you turn it on the water doesn't come on and the touch feature is spotty so it takes about 30 seconds to a minute of hitting it all over to finally get it to come on. The auto shut off feature used to work and now that doesn't. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend buying this for longevity!

DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The latest gadgets are not always the best. The technology is not there. You must leave the handle on all the time to use the touch feature. The sensitivity is off and will turn off when you don't want it to and won't turn on when you do. It creates extra steps to using a faucet and wastes water. We have gone through 78 batteries in the year we have had this and I'm taking the loss to switch it out!!! (0 stars was not an option)

Horrible, not even 1 year old

Have had to replace batteries twice in less than 1 year of purchase. Not worth the $$, faucet will not work at all without batteries. Worst purchase of my remodel.

Touch Feature is Wonderful!!

This product is great! Convenient to turn on/off with just a touch (mr obvious). Delta's Warranty Customer Service is also top notch. The updated LED provides an indicator of the water temperature - thereby providing great feedback - no surprises.... Highly recommended for an updated/remodeled kitchen....

Horrible product. Touch feature+shield spray awful

This faucet is part of our remodel. The shield spray is a terrible marketing gimmick. It does not work at all. Don't fall for it. Water still splatters all over - when the water is working... The touch feature is terrible. It does not work. It will turn off the water on its own while you are washing without any prompting. Manual override doesn't work either. You can turn on the faucet manually, and still not get any water. Takes several tries to turn on the water. Terribly inconvenien...

Best Faucet Ever!

After having an older Delta touch faucet in the old house, I could hardly wait to get this faucet in our new house! No splashing, good pressure, love the plate spray feature. I also have a lot less water on the back of the sink because you don’t have to grab the handle to turn it off! Hands free means easier work every time! Makes me want to cook more!

I LOVE IT.

This helps so much when your hands are dirty or contaminated with chicken juice. I haven't had any of the other issues mentioned in the reviews and I've had my faucet for almost two years. I've only had to change the battery once when a plant was drooping down and touching the faucet constantly. I say go for it!

Great at first, not working at all.

This is a great concept. It worked well for the first 6 months, then it worked when it wanted too (even after batteries being replenished). About 2 months ago, (4 years after installing it) the faucet doesn't work AT ALL. Even with the touch feature power disconnected. No online help to solve this problem either. Only solution seems to be to buy a new faucet.
