Terrible Product

Do not buy this! I thought the touch or no touch faucet would be a good idea, but I was wrong. This thing has a mind of its own. It is over sensitive to everything around it, it will randomly shut off while using, sometimes it doesn't even want to turn on. if you are anywhere near it with no touch on, it will turn off and on. if you touch it anywhere at all it will turn off/on. And if you touch it for more than a couple seconds it changes settings. not too mention the 6 AA batteries have ...

Needs Some Tweaking

I had another brand of touchless faucet for 9 years and loved it. Unfortunately, a hose burst and it was not repairable. I had a plumber replace it with the Delta Kyo Faucet. The weight that pulls the faucet sprayer back was not doing the job, so I he added the weight from my other faucet to it. That fixed that issue. Great faucet

I love the touch to turn it on and off. The light in the front shows whether it is hot or cold. Good choice.

Beautiful color and high quality!

This was perfect for our new basement kitchen. It is a beautiful color and works great in our kitchenette space.

No extension for battery pack

I do wish that Delta offered a way to extend the wiring for the battery pack for the Delta Kylo faucet so the battery pack could be placed at the front of the cabinet.

not impressed

So far I have had to plug in and unplug to re-set the solenoid three times. I am not happy with this device.

Returned a off brand model well worth the price

Doesn't work as described

New frustration with this faucet every time I use it. Had to turn off touchless because even on low setting, it turned on even when I reached into the sink. Wet sleeves & drying the stainless. Wasted $ on a faucet that I can't even use. I tried to fill a small watering jug & it turned off after about 30 seconds. I had to wait about 10 seconds, turn it on again & repeat the process 4 times. I had to turn off the touchless feature because even on low sensitivity, the faucet turned on if I just reached into the sink. Wet sleeves & drying the sink every time. Wasted $ on a feature that I can't even use. It turns off after about 30 seconds, not 4 minutes. The first piece we received had a bad solenoid and the touch less technology did not work at all, nor did the ability to switch between sensitivities. I called the support line who was actually very helpful and send a new piece out to us. We installed the new piece and it worked as it should. Touchless feature is too sensitive

Nice faucet, just over sensitive “touchless” feature. We’ve turned that off all together as water would turn on unexpectedly when working near sink area. Caused a few messes with that one. Otherwise, easy to install, looks nice, and so far “touch” on/off very convenient and added convenience.
