Would Not Recommendour solenoid failed years ago but we've been able to use the faucet without it. now the handle is malfunctioning and the set screw is stripped so there's no way to fix the handle. apparently this is a common problem that shouldn't exist at all.

Can’t find a fix
Would Not RecommendWe should have went with Moen who has a lifetime guarantee rather than this junk that has failed. Yes I do expect a faucet to stand the test of time and last in a custom built home. Purchased in 2010 moved in to our brand new house in 2011. My sister bought a Moen touch faucet and when theirs quit they got an updated faucet replacement… all they had to pay for was for someone to install it! I won’t be spending my money on delta again!

Solenoid Failure
Would Not RecommendI have a replacement solenoid in my kitchen sink faucet. The repacement valve lasted only 2 years. The valve works fine when the water is cold but won't shut off when the water is hot. I called Delta and was told that there is no warranty on the replacement valve. Beware of the Customer service at Delta Faucets. I hope one of their Reps is monitoring these Reviews.

Defective solenoid
Would Not RecommendBrought this product almost 9-10 years ago, it was working perfect and I have since recommended the product to several family members. Yesterday, my kitchen faucet solenoid stop working, confirmed pipes are all good. Please advise is there anyway to bypass and continue to use the faucet, while trying to find a replacement of the part? Many thx for your help.

Would RecommendThe solenoid to my Delta - Pilar Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology and Soap Dispense was not working and was causing a drip. Called customer service and was sent out a new part at no charge. I replaced the part and it is working great again. Very happy with Delta customer service.
