Arrived dented

Didn't install as packaging allowed loose parts to rattle around in box and the THIN metal backplate for shower handle was dented in several spots. Delta quality is lacking and the box packing abysmal.

Looks deceiving but it works. Major flaw is the detachable shower head doesn’t fit into the shower assembly like it shows in the pictures online. Irritated with this purchase

Do not buy! Flimsy parts

We ordered this for a new bathtub shower combo we installed this summer. Well I'm thinking it's sturdy metal right? Wrong wrong wrong!!! it's cheap flimsy plastic which I paid $408 at the time (prices jumped up twice what it was the week before). The flimsiness of the items will allow water to run back behind them which is a big no no! Oh and I just checked the price and it's back to $176 still way to much for this garbage. Looks good once installed but the tub/shower spout is leaking water when not pulled up for shower. Can Not figure out what's going on with it.

Detachable center for simultaneous spray

The detachable center shower works simultaneously with the outer ring to eliminate choosing one or the other. Very happy with this style of shower.

Spotless

This Delta tub shower faucet looks great with our new soak tub with curved glass doors. It was easy to install and adjust the temperature. We have hard well water so the spotless finish is noticeable. Lowes price was also better than other stores.

Just be ready to take time on it.

Pieces didn't even fit together!

I was really excited about these shower heads, but the pieces didn't even fit together, it wasn't as described AT ALL. I was very disappointed because I really wanted this look. Had to return. Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0.

Sleek/lightweight

Too Much Plastic

Looks nice, but the spout is plastic, the shower head and hand-held sprayer are plastic, and the shower hose is a stiff plastic, so it curls up rather than lays down like a metal hose does. I'm really disappointed. The only metal is the shower pipe connector and the shower handle and trim. Pretty cheaply made for the price.
