Only lasted about 4 years

We bought this as part of a kitchen remodel 4 years ago. It was okay until last year, when it suddenly cut off the hot water when we put it on high. Had to get a plumber in to fix the valve. Now, the swivel part has frozen, to the point where yanking on it has loosened it from its attachment to the countertop. Tried WD-40 to loosen the swivel -- NG. Now replacing it with a Moen faucet, which I should have gotten in the first place. Never had a problem with Moen...

no pressure in sprayer

Don't waste your money on this faucet. There will be no pressure in the sprayer and the instructions given in the box are general. They don't cover the specific faucet you just bought. You will have to go to YouTube to try to figure things out & the customer service # employee's people that don't know their products! The hot & cold water lines are RIDGID! Why make these so difficult to move/or turn?

Great so far.

Like the sturdy construction and the stainless steel finish. The pull out operation seems a bit loose as far as seating in the base.

The Leaker

I really liked the looks of this faucet but within 3 hours after installation it had a constant dripping and water started running out from underneath the handle and would not stop. I turned cold water side off and immediately it stopped dripping and leaking so I called the plumber and he checked and said it was something internally so I took back and brought the Delta Kessler and it was installed yesterday 4/8/22. So far it seems ok. Only time will tell.

Nice faucet, but shutoff has design flaw

We like the faucet’s look and overall function, but it properly turns off only 50% of the time. You can’t just push the handle down, it needs to be slid right and then down, just perfectly. We frequently turn it off and walk away only to find it’s been dripping for hours.

Constantly Drips !

After 3 yrs use - I'm tired of wasting water ....and cleaning the cartridge, or replacing it to stop the faucet from leaking. IMO, the cartridge valve design is very poor and will only last a year before it needs servicing or replacement (at $60. + your time).

check the faucet out in person before install

This faucet is much bulkier in person than it appears in photos. The pull out portion feels very light and thus feels cheap, almost feels like plastic. Within two weeks had to have the plumber back out to tighten down the nut holding the faucet in place as it kept getting wobbly. Might have been the plumbers fault with initial installation, we'll see if it holds up this second time tightening. Overall I wish I had purchased the Grant instead.

Great faucet

Ordered this faucet to replace a Price Pfister faucet that I had purchased last year. Much superior faucet quality wise and great flow.

Beware if you ever need parts!

We bought this faucet last year and have really enjoyed its design and performance so far. However, we have just replaced our cabinets and countertops and wanted to reuse this faucet. The problem is that we needed one part to be able to do so as a single hole installation. Granted, in retrospect, we should have kept track of that piece, but we didn't foresee making a change to our counters. It turns out that this part is "unavailable" on the website, and a customer service rep assured me that ...

looks nice, but.....DRIPS

HAD THIS FAUCET INSTALLED ON 2/1/2021, WORKED GOOD UNTIL, MAY, THEN IT STARTED TO DRIP, WHEN I TURNED IT OFF. THATS ONLY 3 MONTHS. I HAVE TO PLAY AROUND WITH THE HANDLE TO GET IT TO SHUT OFF COMPLETELY. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. I FEEL LIKE THE HANDLE IS GOING TO BREAK OFF.

This set replaced an older set that had become clogged. Have been well satisfied

My plumber did the installation so I cannot comment regarding ease of installation. The unit works fine and is lower that our previous Krause unit, which limits a lot of the ancillary water on the counter tops
