Faucet dead when batteries die

Could not believe my faucet would not work when batteries died!! I have wanted a touch to activate faucet for so long (I hate trying to turn on the faucet when I have raw meat on my hands). The Love doesn't last

We love the touch feature, we live by it, and find ourselves tapping sinks everywhere we go that is not our kitchen. But, our faucet is 4 years now, and we had to essentially argue to get a replacement solenoid by year 3, and after another year it has gone out again.

Great products with outstanding customer service!

We had a problem with our touch kitchen faucet and customer service walked me through the diagnostics to resolve. However this joint effort was not successful so Delta shipped me a new faucet assembly without charge to replace our 5 year old faucet and I received it in 2 days. I could not have asked for a better experience and I don’t get to say that often. Delta has a lifetime customer with me.

Love the features.

With a touch the water comes on and with a long hold the water either stays on (if was already on) or if just moving the faucet, the water will stay off. No surprise burst of water on the arm (like other manufacturers have). I also really like the light on the bottom of the faucet to in dictate if the water is cold, warm or hot.

We really like the "touch on/off" feature! And it maintains the water temperature for rinsing after washing - not like the previous faucet we had.

The Delta touch 2 O does have great features!

We had a Delta touch 2 O where we used to live, bought it when we redid the kitchen, we liked it so much, we had one installed when we redid our counter tops and had a new sink put it, love the new version!

Absolutely love this faucet. We've had it for about six years now, and I can't imagine life without this touch-sensitive faucet. The only complaint we have is that it will occasionally turn on (phantom) by itself--perhaps temperature changes cause this? However it will shut off if left on for more than about a minute. This is a rare occurrence, but does happen from time to time. Otherwise it's phenomenal and has held up. It's a little inconvenient to have to change the batteries under the sink, ...

Easy to use…easy to install

My wife and I remodelled our kitchen and went with a Delta combo of sink and faucet. The day arrived for the counter installation and sink was installed with no issues. Next day was the faucet. After watching the installation video, took me 30 minutes (with able assistance from my wife) and everything was done. No leaks, no issues…..

Excellent faucet

Great faucet!! The touch feature even works with dishwashing gloves on if you touch close to the base. The spot shield finish is really nice. It stays clean and their are no water spots on it. I hate to say this but I think it was worth the price I paid for it.

Touch Activation!

Really nice faucet. Delta quality, of course. Pull out spray head with standard spray and splatter-free jet spray are great. But the star of the show for me is Touch Activation. Tap on/tap off. Distinguished between tap and grab. This is my first faucet with this feature. I'll never buy another without it.

I love the touch feature but it no longer retracts

Two years ago when I bought it, it was great, now it no longer retracts all the way and the lock tight feature failed.
