Replace the Nozzle

As others have said the button to switch waste modes is loose and won’t stay on a single stream. How can I get a replacement nozzle?

Spray/stream repeatedly defective

In general, I used to love the faucet, but in the 4 years I've had it, the sprayer wand has gone bad twice. It now comes on in the 'spray' function, even though 'stream' is selected, and makes a horrible noise. It will not stay on stream without the noise, I've already had to replace it once, and now it's bad again. I am a very "gentle" user, careful not to damage in any way. Wayfair did not help like they said they would. Not a fan, and disappointed.

Very Disappointed

Beautiful faucet, worked great for a year, but now it makes a hideous noise and gets stuck between stream and spraying, and you have to manually hold the button to bypass the noise...making it extremely difficult to use. Looking online it appears the warranty doesn't cover the replacement part. Very disappointing. i expected more from a respected brand that my family has used for generations.

Love Delta

We have been purchasing Delta for the last 10 years. We Love all the products we have purchased. They are reliable, nice looking and priced just right. Delta stands behind their products and that is really important to me.

Great Faucet!

I only purchase Delta Products. I Love my new faucet. It's very attractive. It works really well and it's stain proof.

Faucet is really too big for a shallow sink.

I like the pull down spray nozzle and the one handle to turn the faucet on/off. However, it is really too big for my shallow sink because the water can come out very forceful if you are not careful and there is LOTS of overspray.

Love the Pull Down Faucet but…

Love this faucet but now after 16 months it is leaking in the pull down handle. We found a puddle of water underneath our sink recently too. We tighten the little knob that is attached to the sprayer but it loosens quickly. We loved it but now this is a problem.

Faulty

I love the look of this faucet, and have had it for about 2 years or so, but now the water pressure is very low and will not say on single stream and it makes an awful noise when I turn the water on. Water splashes everywhere and my clothes and counters are covered with water. Very disappointing because it was not cheap.

Faulty sprayer

Like others, our sprayer has stopped functioning properly after just 2 years of use. It makes a truly excruciating noise as the button gets stuck between spray and jet. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing this product. Very disappointing.

Great design, short term good performance.

Had this faucet for about 2 yrs. Loved the look and worked fine until about 6 months ago. Started with very loud noise which eventually subsided, but water pressure is very weak. Plumber says there is no way to clean out mineral buildup from the inside of the faucet, so that could be the problem. Also switch from spray to stream won't hold, i think because of weak stream. Is there a "different" way to clean it? Just outside doesn't do it at all. I'd like to get the head replaced and see if tha...

Finish is peeling off the nozzle

Love the design. Ordered Matte Black. Have had it a little over a year and the black finish is peeling off the nozzle of the spray wand. We wipe the surface clean so no residue is left after every use. Trying to learn if this is under warranty and how to report to Delta.

Nice looking, but has faulty sprayer

Great looking faucet that works well when the sprayer functions properly. Purchased faucet in April 2023 and have had to replace 2 sprayers during this time. It appears the button to toggle between the to spray options fails and when water is turned on it is between both sprayer options and it making a horrible noise in the process.

I like it!

I really like the way this faucet looks. It's different than most of the faucets we looked at. I like the way the water flows from the end as it starts out wide then narrows the stream into a tighter flow.
