Smallest bump makes the handheld part fall off

This is a safety hazard. Smallest touch makes it fall off. I found a lot of reviews saying it chipped their shower. Instant return, not worth putting my toddler at risk

New shower head to replace a discontinued I liked.

Mine quit working searching everywhere for it because it was the best shower head I ever had. This would have been my third one. Can’t find it now I know why, DISCONTINUED. Sad now it’s buy and replace till I find another good one. Cheap

My issue is spend more money for a product that has failed twice as the shower head is not made from Strong enough plastic to keep from stripping threads out under normal use going back to the $25 heads from Wal-Mart last longer year or two not fail as soon as it out of warranty

Don’t go cheap like this one

The handheld shower head will fall down even if you just look at it funny. Don’t even think about accidentally brushing up against the hose or you might end up with a broken toe. The pause button on it also sucksssss. It doesn’t pause the water, it just turns it into a dribble. If I could give it a zero I would, Lowe’s should stop selling this garbage and give me a refund. The only reason it gets 1 star is because that’s the lowest option and because the pressure is good.

Good Product, Easy Installation

Quick & easy installation. Can you both showerhead & handle sprays together OR switch to use them separately.

Only thing missing is roller bearings.

It works peftectly for a desktop mini tool storage. I gave this away for a christmas present and she loved it. Wish it had roller bearings on the slides, would have been a much nicer box. Even Harbor freight dpes rp;;er bearings. Anyway it did its job and she is happy.

good not great

This product is ok, but not great. The hose is plastic, not metal, and after a few days it has not yet come to the point where it hangs straight down from the fixture. Instead, it sticks our from vertical a fair distance. The wand does not easily separate from the shower head. I need to grab the head to get the wand loose, otherwise the head will move around a lot.

easy to install but poor water flow

water flow is much slower and lower pressure than what it replaced. otherwise, easy to install and good function

Low water pressure

Fairly well made (but plastic) and very easy to install. The one negative I see is the water pressure is low. My previous shower head was 2.5 gpm, this one is 1.75 and it's a noticeable difference. The pressure is somewhat adequate if you only use the wand or the outside ring, but you use both it's not

Higher flow provides better rinse & quicker shower

Thankful that higher flow product is still available.

Easy install, worked well for 9 months

Initially I was very pleased that it was so easy to install, had better water flow/pressure on the right setting than our old shower head. The hose sprayer seems to have clogged, which is something the prior showerhead never did, and there are no instructions in the manual for disassembling and cleaning it. There are several mentions on the Delta site of cracking it during install, and I had no issues like that. It's a hand tighten install, so I'd have to guess the folks who cracked them cros...

Don't

We have two other shower heads in our home (from Delta) just like this one. Our other ones work great, and have a nice metal hose. This new one doesn't. We installed it a went to attach the hose to the head and it cracked. This whole unit is cheap plastic. Needless to say, I can't give advice about the shower head, because we couldn't get that far. :( I did contact support and they are sending me a new hose.
