Not up to Delta standards

I have had the solenoid and magnetic retainer each replaced twice in less than five years. Now that this product is discontinued, hopefully Delta has a more reliable model as a replacement.

Wonderful kitchen faucet, easy and convenient

I love this faucet and it’s been working beautifully since 11/2020 . Only issue I have right now, is that the magnetic ring that holds the sprayer on, has rusted and partially broken off. I will be contacting Delta for a replacement. After living with this wonderful faucet for 4 years, I could never go back to a conventional faucet again!

My Addison touch faucet was installed 3 years ago. The water pressure has dropped so much that it has become unusable. I have already replaced batteries, cleaned filter and aerator to to avail. It needs a replacement solenoid. Delta needs to stand behind its warranty.

Like the features; Leaks soon

Installed in March 2020. By 2021 the handle was leaking when the faucet "automatically" shut off. Also, seems to require batteries more often than advertised. that being said while visitors admire the features, I'm reluctant to recommend because of short quality life span. Good but it has problems

Had this unit installed during renovation project are you a contractor. The Faucet is nice and very convenient but the electronics is not reliable after 4 years. My wife couldn’t turn on the faucet by touching the spout, but she was able to turn it on by touching the base. I changed the batteries but that didn’t solve the problem. but if I slap the spout it would turn on sometimes. Is the touch feature dying? How did i live without this. It works perfect every time. My children laughed until they used it and then they wanted the same kitchen faucet

Solenoid Replacement

Purchased in 2014 since then I have needed to replace the solenoid twice. Recently broke again and they indicated that it is no longer under warranty so I will need to pay for the replacement. Seems unfair since this seems to be a faulty part after reading the reviews. This part should be replaced without having to pay for it.

Faulty faucet

This faucet requires 6x AA batteries to operate (non-rechargeable recommended), and it goes through them in a matter of weeks instead of the 12 month battery life according to manual. I've tried various battery brands and had the same result. This is a problem because the faucet won't work without batteries, and can't be plugged in to an outlet. Touch Function Did Not Work

The Touch function worked sporadically at best. There is a chance that the plumber was not knowledgeable, but I've since heard several others complain about this issue too. Also, this is a HUGE faucet, much larger than the one we were replacing so it looked out of place. I returned it.

“touch20” design is AWFUL

I have tried for THREE YEARS to get used to this faucet and I’ve finally had enough and am replacing the faucet with something more functional. I only put up with it because my partner seemed to like it. Design flaws: 1) When the batteries are low the faucet stops working entirely. No water. Very good faucet - fun

We bought this faucet two or three years ago. We are very pleased with the purchase. It is so very convenient. We love the touch feature. We wish the volume of water flow was a little greater. We have had to replace the solenoid valve but Delta provided the replacement. They do stand by their product. We would buy again.

FAUCET DOES NOT ALWAYS TURN ON/OFF WITH A TOUCH , AS IT SHOULD. DELTA WILL REPLACE THE SOLENIOD NO CHARGE, BUT I WILL NEED TO PAY A PLUMBER TO REPLACE IT
