Can't connect to a real person

Bought a four camera eight port system, thinking I could add extra cameras later, Cant buy extra cameras. Defender lost a customer. I'll be upgrading with a different company that will sell extra cameras.

Great Cameras, Easy to Install

Fantastic security system for monitoring our manufacturing facility. Installation was easy and the cameras have a simple, yet robust UI. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple yet effective security system.

Great quality 4k camera system

Bought this system for my garage area and Alley.  I had the last model for my house and was pretty happy with it, great picture, good value, nice iphone app.   This new model has all the things I liked about the last model, but upgraded software on the NVR box.  Its easier to setup, the interface looks sleeker, and setup process was faster.  Most of the time I check the alerts and views on my iphone app, and it can show you all the motion alerts with a nice little link that takes you to the rig...

Excellent Security Camera System

Excellent Security Camera System to protect your home. I have been a long time Defender systems user and love them. These model specifically has wide angle cameras and great night vision capabilities. the sensors work great and picks up movements immediately. If you are using for inside the home, i would recommend to turn off the lights for night vision. Access from app works nice and very quick/easy to setup. Audio feed, although works only from one camera at a time, is a good feature to have.

Great Security System!

This is an incredible system. The image quality is great, set up was simple and its working extremely well for us! The system comes complete with everything needed and all looks to be very high quality product. We are thrilled with this system!

Overall is ok.

Overall is a good system but it’s a bit cheap material and they can make it better. Included cables could be longer.

Great system, quality video

Super easy to install, and love the crisp picture. Only quip I had is that 60’ runs are tight when going to opposite ends of the house, 80’ cable runs would have been much better as I had to extend 2 of my camera runs.

Defender Cameras Canada

You changed your hookup technology, this new system can't be run in parallel with my previous Defender system. That's of little consequence, I'll run them side by side, but it wouldn't have been nice to have had a certain consistency. Regardless, I'm a kern patron of your technology, and will be buying more as my business grows.

Very easy to install , the pictures are crystal clear and the 2 way audio is very easy to use. These are the 2nd set of cameras I’ve had the first set was on a previous residence and both sets are great

I'm very happy with my system. It has clear images and the night images are amazing.

Sentinel 4K

Purchase 1 month ago, works as required. Quality very good. Easy to set up. Downside, I cannot add a software like I did with my Swann system to view my cameras on my home laptop : (
